Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of influenza in Hebei Province from 2018 to 2019, and to analyze the characteristics and variation of hemagglutinin(HA) gene of influenza B-Victoria(BV) strains. Methods Throat swab specimens of influenza-like cases within 3 days of fever were collected from 28 sentinel hospitals in Hebei province, meanwhile, The surveillance data was collected by the Chinese National Influenza Surveillance Network from April 2018 to March 2019, Throat swab specimens were collected from patients with influenza-like symptoms in sentinel hospitals, and tested by RT-PCR and virus isolation. 14 influenza B-Victoria strains from different regions were selected to sequence HA gene, Phylogenetic tree and the molecular characteristics were analyzed by DNASTAR 7.0 and Mega-X software. Results From 2018 to 2019, A total of 99 266 cases of influenza-like illness (ILI) were detected from 4 689 103 cases by 28 influenza sentinel hospitals in Hebei Province, the visit percentage of ILI was 2.12%. During the period, 18 730 samples were detected, and 2 752(14.69%) samples were positive tested by RT-PCR, the peak was in the third week of 2019(44.92%), In the early stage of epidemic season, Influenza A(H1N1)pdm09 virus was the main type, while BV virus was the main type in the late stage. HA gene sequence analysis showed that the 14 BV viruses belonged to 162-164 amino acid deletion strains, the amino acid homology between HA sequences was 97.16%-100.00%, and 97.16%-98.95% compared with the vaccine strain B/Colorado/06/2017 recommended by WHO. Compared with the vaccine strains, 14 strains involved 11 amino acid site mutations. Conclusion Influenza was prevalent in winter and spring in Hebei province from 2018 to 2019, Multiple mutations in antigenic sites of BV viruses might be related to the outbreaks. Objective To analyze the characteristics of clinical distribution and change of aeroallergens in children with allergic diseases from 2015 to 2020. Methods Children who visited Capital Institute of Pediatrics affiliated Children's Hospital, suspected of allergic diseases and received serum aeroallergens specific immunoglobulin E (sIgE) test were retrospectively enrolled (1 to 14 years old). sIgE was detected by Phadia1000 system with radioallergosorbent test fluorescent enzyme-linked immunoassay. The characteristics and change of the aeroallergens among the 6 years was analyzed. Enumeration data were expressed by percentage and categorical variables were compared by the independent samples t-test and Pearson χ2 test. Results In total 4 608 tests (4 575 patients) of children were enrolled, the average age was (5.4±2.9) years old, with the median age of 5.0 years old. 3 176 were boys (68.9%), and 1 432 were girls (31.1%). 4 294 children were from the north of China (93.2%), 295 children were from the south of Ct common aeroallergens was still mold (1 574/3 233, 48.7%), with grass pollen (1 069/3 072, 34.8%) and tree pollen (516/2 122, 24.3%) ranked after. Conclusion Mold might be the most common aeroallergens in allergic children in Beijing area. With time went on, dust mite was gradually exceeded by grass pollen and tree pollen. Objective To evaluate the immunogenicity and safety of concomitant inoculation of Measles and Rubella Combined Live-attenuated Japanese encephalitis vaccine. Methods Healthy children aged 8 months in selected cities in Zhejiang Province were randomly assigned to the MR and JVE-L combined vaccination group (the experimental group), and the MR single vaccination group (the control group) was taken before the exemption and 6 weeks after the exemption. Peripheral venous blood 1 ml was used as serum antibody test for measles and rubella, and the levels of measles and rubella antibodies before and after vaccination were evaluated. The safety of combined vaccination was evaluated. Measles and rubella IgG antibodies were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Data were double-entry with Epidata and statistical analysis was performed using Epi Info epidemiological statistical analysis software. Results The results showed that no severe adverse event occurred in two groups, clinical reactions in each inoculation group were mild. The seroconversion rate of measles antibody and rubella antibody were 96.43% and 88.49% in the experimental group after vaccination, the geometrical mean concentrations(GMC) of measles antibody was 1 526.45 mIU/ml and the GMC of rubella antibody was 47.70 mIU/ml after concomitant inoculation; the seroconversion rate of measles antibody and rubella antibody were 97.62% and 86.11% in the control group, the GMC of Measles antibody was 1 392.28 mIU/ml and the GMC of Rubella antibody was 45.72 mIU/ml after MV inoculation. No difference were detected in two groups of seroconversion rate of measles antibody and rubella antibody and GMC after vaccination. Conclusion The immunogenicity and safety is equivalent when MR and JVE-L were simultaneous inoculation. Objective To evaluate the utility of whole-exome sequencing (WES) in early diagnosis for children with language delay/disorder. Methods Children with language delay/disorder who were admitted to the Department of Health Care, Children's Hospital Affiliated to the Capital Pediatric Institute from January 2019 to December 2020 were analyzed retrospectively. Based on informed consent, the peripheral blood of the children and their parents was collected for WES. Combining the clinical phenotypes of the children, the candidate variants, including single nucleotide variants (SNVs) and copy number variations (CNVs), were selected for validation and family segregation analysis using Sanger sequencing, real-time PCR or CNV-Seq. The pathogenicity of variants was evaluated based on ACMG guideline following with finial genetic diagnosis. Based on whether genetic diagnosis was achieved or not, 125 children with comprehensive examination of the Children Neuropsychological and Behavioral Scale(CNBS-R2016) were sub-grouped (en with language delay/disorder.Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the combined diagnosis and management in children with airway allergic diseases(bronchial asthma, allergic rhinitis). Methods This observational study belongs to cluster sampling cases, which included the clinical data from children with airway allergic diseases in Allergy Department and Otorhinolaryngology Department of Beijing Children's Hospital from April to December in 2015. They were followed up every three months during 12 months. All the subjects were required to continuously record daily symptom by diary card. ACT/c-ACT, VAS, treatment steps to control asthma, respiratory infections, wheeze, pulmonary function(FEV1%pred,FEV1/FVC,PEF%pred,FEF25%pred,FEF50%pred,FEF75%pred,MMEF%pred), FeNO were assessed in every visiting. The mean±standard deviation was used for the measurement data in accordance with normal distribution. Comparing the pulmonary function indexes at every point, the measurement data with normal distribution and uniform variance were analyzed 85.0±21.9). Vorinostat nmr PEF%pred at 3, 6, 9, 12 months after the combined diagnosis and management were significantly higher than at the baseline(F=5.497,P=0.000)(105.1±18.1,101.2±15.3,99.7±17.1,99.8±17.5 vs 90.3±17.8). FeNO at 3, 6, 9, 12 months respectively were no significantly differences at the baseline(F=0.751,P=0.558)(25.7±23.6 vs 30.7±25.6,25.9±16.5 vs 30.7±25.6,27.5±20.2 vs 30.7±25.6,30.6±19.6 vs 30.7±25.6).The respiratory infections rate were 69.8%(74/106),67.0%(71/106),60.4%(64/106),51.9%(55/106) at 3, 6, 9, 12 months respectively. The wheezing rate was 24.5%(26/106),14.2%(15/106),11.3%(12/106),7.5%(8/106) at 3, 6, 9, 12 months respectively. Conclusions The combined diagnosis and management can significantly improve the control level of children's airway allergic diseases, which should be implemented in the management of children's airway allergic diseases. Objective To translate and revise the Karitane Parenting Confidence Scale (KPCS),which can be used to evaluate the parenting confidence of 0-12 months infant caregivers in China, and evaluate the reliability and validity test of Chinese version of KPCS. Methods Form a Chinese version of Karitane Parenting Confidence Scale through translation, back translation and expert review. Mothers of 3-month-old infants were recruited from two Maternal and Child Health Hospitals in Beijing and Ma'anshan in April 2019. A total of 165 mothers responded the survey invitations. They were surveyed with self-administered questionnaires, the Chinese version of KPCS, the Parenting Sense of Competence Scale (PSOC) and Self-efficacy in Infant Care Scale (SICS). Item analysis was conducted to select items by using critical value and correlation coefficient. The construct validity was assessed by exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis. The criterion validity was assessed by being compared with PSOC and SICS. The r.817, and the split-half reliability coefficient was 0.789. Conclusion The Chinese version of the Karitane parenting confidence scale has a good reliability and validity among the 0-12 month-old infants' mothers, which can be used to evaluate the parenting confidence of infant caregivers.Birth defects and rare diseases are serious challenges in China and even in the world, and most of them lack effective treatment. Preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) prevents the occurrence of this kind of disease at the source by carrying out genetic testing in the preimplantation stage and selecting normal embryos for transplantation. In this paper, the methods of PGT for birth defects and rare diseases and their latest progress are described.Scars caused by trauma will not only affect the appearance and cause dysfunction, but also affect the quality of psychological life of the patients to varying degrees. With the in-depth understanding of the process of scar formation after trauma and the continuous development of related intervention methods, early intervention within 3 months after trauma has been proved to be able to promote wound healing, inhibit scar hyperplasia, and interfere with the natural remodeling of scar collagen. This review summarizes the process of scar formation after trauma, as well as the timing and method of early intervention.Bacterial biofilms infection is one of the major factors causing delayed wound healing. Therefore, early diagnosis of bacterial biofilms is critical for successful cure of chronic wounds. Although many techniques have been developed to diagnose the free pathogens in infectious wounds, there is no technique which can quickly and accurately identify bacterial biofilms in wounds. In this paper, the mechanism of bacterial biofilm formation is briefly reviewed, and several potential diagnostic techniques for bacterial biofilms are introduced, which are expected to be a means of rapid diagnosis and monitoring of bacterial biofilms in wounds.Recent studies have shown that intervention in the early post-traumatic period can inhibit scar hyperplasia and promote scar maturation. Because of its definite therapeutic efficacy and few adverse reactions, it has become an important auxiliary method to prevent scar formation after trauma. This article reviews the research advances on the mechanism of pulsed dye laser in inhibiting the formation of early hypertrophic scar after trauma, the timing of intervention, and its complications and treatment methods, in order to provide a basis for the early prevention and treatment of clinical post-traumatic scars.
