This made me very upset to even be brought up, however this is not a message trying to convince you otherwise, I just want to let you know that that decisions is extremely retarded. Only one inconvenient situation occured and you plan to do this to everything I've worked hard for.
All I am saying is that I believe your team rarely ever respected everything I've been doing behind the scene and thus lost my respect after that decisions you're even considering.
If you're truly even considering upon leaving, I'd like you to just do so. I dislike wasting time on people who don't even appreciate what has been done for them.
I am just extremely upset, and this might look very dumb because of how it's presented (because I am an idiot when it comes to speaking vocally in English) but I just wanted to let you know that if you wish to leave, just do so now.
As a side note I think it's really dumb how your team staying vs leaving won't really make a difference to your team, since I told Dizzy that he has the option to make all decisions occurring with CMB anyways.
It just feels like a back stab for all the countless of hours I have put into this org.
