Antitumor Action involving Nitazoxanide in opposition to Intestines Cancers: Molecular Docking and Fresh Reports According to Wnt/β-Catenin Signaling Inhibition.
Objective To analyze the composition and differences of amenable mortality in urban and rural areas in China, 2010 and 2017. Methods With the national mortality rates in 2010 and 2017 calculated by the National Bureau of Statistics and the National Health Commission as the reference, the underreporting rate from diseases was adjusted in combination with the cause-of-death surveillance data published by the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and Center for Health Statistics and Information, National Health Commission. Age-standardized mortality was calculated by using a direct method based on the population census in 2010. Differences of the mortality in two years were compared, and the proportion of amenable mortality of different diseases in the total amenable mortality was calculated. Results In 2010 and 2017, the age-standardized total mortality of non-communicable diseases was 536.4/100 000 and 493.6/100 000, respectively. The age-standardized amenable mortality rates were 107.6/100 000 and 96.0/100 000, respectively. Compared with 2010, the mortality of four major non-communicable diseases declined in 2017. Among the 11 subdivided non-communicable diseases, the age-standardized mortality of hypertension, chronic rheumatic heart disease and cerebrovascular disease declined, with an average annual growth rate of -6.7%, -5.8% and -3.0%, respectively. The proportion of amenable mortality from cerebrovascular disease was the highest among the 11 subdivided non-communicable diseases in 2010 and 2017, from 52.4% to 47.2%, followed by ischemic heart disease with an increase from 27.4% to 34.5%. Conclusion Compared with that in 2010, the amenable mortality of non-communicable chronic diseases in urban and rural areas in China declined in 2017, of which cerebrovascular disease and ischemic heart disease account for more than 80%.Objective To analyze the correlation between the changes of lung function and serum proinflammatory cytokines in workers occupationally exposed to toluene diisocyanate (TDI), and to explore the evaluation index of respiratory toxicity of TDI. Methods In October 2014, 61 male workers engaged in TDI synthesis process, purification process, packaging process and the above production process in a TDI factory in western China were selected as TDI exposure group; 62 male enterprise managers who were not exposed to TDI and other known allergenic chemicals were selected as control group, which were matched at the age of workers in exposure group. The questionnaire survey obtained information such as gender, length of service, age, occupational history, exposed length of service and so on. The lung function indexes [forced expiratory volume in the first second (FEV1), forced vital capacity (FVC), FEV1/FVC] and serum levels of interleukin (IL)-1 β, IL-6, IL-8, tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α, macrophage inflammatory factand exposure time, the level of serum TNF-α, FVC and FEV1 decreased, and showed a good dose-effect and time-effect relationship (all Ptrend values less then 0.05). Serum IL-8 and TNF-α were positively correlated with FVC, FEV1 and FEV1/FVC (all P values less then 0.01). Conclusion The levels of serum inflammatory factors IL-8 and TNF-α in worker exposed to TDI are related to lung function indexes, which can be used as early evaluation indexes of respiratory toxicity induced by TDI.Objective To explore the correlation between dietary N-glycolylneuraminic acid (Neu5Gc) intake and chronic inflammation state of body. Methods A total of 306 samples of 102 types of food were purchased from a supermarket in Xiamen in September 2019, including grains, meat, poultry, seafood, eggs, beans, dairy products, vegetables and fruits. The content of Neu5Gc in food was determined by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. A total of 500 healthy freshmen from Xiamen University were selected by using a simple random sampling method. The food frequency questionnaire was used to investigate the food intake in the past year. The food intake was corrected by 3 consecutive 24-hour recalls, and the amount of Neu5Gc intake was calculated. The concentration of anti-Neu5Gc antibody, C-reactive protein (CRP) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in serum was detected. Spearman correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between Neu5Gc intake and anti-Neu5Gc antibody, CRP and IL-6 levels. Methods DBI_C was established according to the methods establishing DBI_16 and the recommended intake of different kinds of food for preschool children. Three scoring methods [low bound score （LBS), high bound score （HBS), diet quality distance （DQD)] were used to evaluate the dietary quality of preschool children selected from the 2010-2012 China National Nutrition and Health Surveillance. Scores [P50（P25, P75)] were compared to reflect the diet quality of preschool children in different regions. Results DBI_C scores for cereals of preschool children from big city, middle and small city, normal rural area, and poor rural area were 0.0 （-2.0, 6.0), 0.0 （0.0, 6.0), 4.0 （0.0, 10.0), and 10.0 （2.0, 12.0), respectively （P less then 0.001), indicating that the intakes of cereals of preschool children were adequate. Methods In June 2018, all preschoolers from 15 kindergartens were selected from the jurisdiction of Education Commission in Dongcheng District of Beijing by using an equal-proportion stratified cluster sampling method in the study. A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the parents of preschoolers to obtain the basic information of preschoolers and parents, the consumption situation of preschoolers' sugar-sweetened beverages and the perception of parents to SSB. A tatol of 3 217 preschoolers were finally included in the analysis. A generalized structural equation model was used to analyze the relationship between preschoolers' consumption of sugar-sweetened beverages and their parents' socioeconomic status and the mediating effect of their cognition of sugar-sweetened beverages. The size of mediating effect was estimated by using deviation correction non-parameter percentile Bootstrap method.
