Neither intervention improved diet quality or routinely improved cooking frequency. The primary aim of this research was to test the feasibility and acceptability of a three-session online parent workshop based on acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and address concerns about eating well and nutrition in IBD. The secondary aim was to explore the initial effectiveness of this workshop in parent reported psychological flexibility, mindfulness, experiential avoidance, cognitive fusion, valued living, and symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress. We used a single arm pragmatic prospective study design with parents of children attending the IBD program at a tertiary pediatric healthcare centre in Canada. Mixed methods patient reported outcomes were measured at baseline, immediate post participation, and 3 months post participation in the workshop. Thirty-seven parents enrolled in the study and feasibility and acceptability goals were largely met. Parents qualitatively described changes to their parenting, what aspects of the workshop were most helpful, and targeted feedback on how to improve workshop. Findings suggest that providing parents of children with IBD a brief online ACT workshop including nutrition guidance is feasible and leads to changes in parenting behaviours.The aim of the present study was to evaluate structural and biochemical aspects related to the interaction of resistant (RRIM 937, IAC 502 and 507) and susceptible (RRIM 600) rubber tree clones with C. tamarillo. For such analysis, ultrathin sections of the leaf limb were embedded in historesin and differently stained to verify structural alterations and presence of starch grains, arginine, lipids, tannins and lignins. This paper mainly focused on the hybrid NOMA-MEC system, where multiple users were first grouped into pairs, and users in each pair offloaded their tasks simultaneously by NOMA, then a dedicated time duration was scheduled to the more delay-tolerant user for uploading the remaining data by orthogonal multiple access (OMA). For the conventional NOMA uplink transmission, successive interference cancellation (SIC) was applied to decode the superposed signals successively according to the channel state information (CSI) or the quality of service (QoS) requirement. In this work, we integrated the hybrid SIC scheme, which dynamically adapts the SIC decoding order among all NOMA groups. To solve the user grouping problem, a deep reinforcement learning (DRL)-based algorithm was proposed to obtain a close-to-optimal user grouping policy. Moreover, we optimally minimized the offloading energy consumption by obtaining the closed-form solution to the resource allocation problem. However, there is a real problem with the effective interaction of RAP and MA. The research herein described presents an effective use of RAP originating from the recycling process of old pavements thanks to the application of an original rejuvenator. Two types of AM were designed concerning the base course of pavement as well as the wearing course and the binder course for various traffic categories. The achieved results show that the rejuvenator improved the homogenization of RAP with the asphalt binder and aggregate in each mixture type. On the basis of the research, the possibility of using paving AM with an increased content of RAP in lowered technological temperatures received a favorable assessment. Mixtures of asphalt concrete containing 40% RAP meet both Polish and German requirements for mixtures intended for heavy traffic pavements. Thanks to use of the rejuvenator, it is possible to compact AM layers containing RAP in a final compaction temperature lowered by about 20 °C.
