The analysis of numerous studies demonstrated that patients with short-lasting SSc, with the presence of anti-RNA polymerase III antibodies, with a generalized type of SSc with quickly progressing skin lesions and males should be most strictly monitored. Moreover, vascular complications, tendon ruptures and fast capillaries loss observed in nailfold capillaroscopy are the factors deteriorating the prognosis in SSc.

The study analyzed their educational conditions,f the body and the development of the main adaptation reactions in young males and females.
The aim of the study is to compare surgical and functional results as well as quality of life after use of skin flaps - platysma myocutaneus flap, supraclavicular artery flap and fascial flaps - temporoparietal fascial flap, buccal fat pad for plastic closure of the buccal and retromolar trigone mucous surgical defects in cancer patients.

Material and methods A retrospective comparative analysis of the results of surgical treatment of buccal and retromolar trigone mucosal cancer in 56 patients operated from 2009 to 2014 was made. The patients were divided into two groups the first included 26 patients, with reconstruction of fascial flaps, the second group included 30 patients, with reconstruction of postoperative defects with skin flaps. Surgical results the average duration of surgery, the average duration of inpatient treatment and the presence of complications were compared in the both groups. ResultsThere was no significant difference in allele and genotype rates of ESR1 gene between persons with premenstrual syndrome and controls. TT genotype was determined in 24.0 % women in the control group and 24 % of patients in basic group (OR=1.00, 95 % CI=0.32-3.08, p=1.00), TC genotype - in 52.0 % and 46.0 % of individuals respectively (OR=0.79, 95 % CI=0.30-2.06, p=0.62), CC genotype - 24.0 % and 30.0 % of women respectively (OR=1.36, 95 % CI=0.45-4.07, p=0.59). Also, the frequency of T allele and C allele was similar in individuals with pathology and healthy women. There was no significant difference in allele and genotype rates of T-397C variant of ESR1 gene between patients with mild and severe forms of premenstrual syndrome and controls.

The aim of the work was to develop and apply in the clinical trial a software product for the dental caries prediction based on neural network programming.

Materials and methods Dental examination of 73 persons aged 6-7, 12-15 and 35-44 years was carried out. The data obtained during the survey were used as input for the construction and training of the neural network. The output index was determined by the increase in the intensity of caries, taking into account the number of cavities. see more To build a neural network, a high-level Python programming language with the NumPay extension was used.

Results The intensity of carious dental lesions was the highest in 35-44 years old patients - 6.69 ± 0.38, in 6-7 years old children and 12-15 years old children it was 3.85 ± 0.27 and 2.15 ± 0.24, respectively (p <0.05). After constructing and training the neural network, 61 true and 12 false predictions were obtained based on these indices, the accuracy of predicting the occurrence of caries was 83.56%. Based on these results, a graphical user interface for the "CariesPro" software application was created.

The aim The aim of the research was to study the prevalence of visceral and phenotypic markers of UCTD syndrome in patients with GERD for the purpose of early diagnosis of this comorbidity.

Materials and methods The study included 120 patients 75 patients (Group II) - GERD was on the background of UCTD, 45 (Group I ) - the patients with GERD. The average age of the patients was 42.05 ± 6.5 years. Evaluations of UCTD's were performed accordingly to the criteria recommended by M. Moska et al., A. Doria et al., T. I. Kadurina, L. M. Abbakumova in the modification of T. Milkovskaya-Dimitrova, and the degree of their expression on the scale of T. Y. Smolnova.

Results Among the examined patients, the specific criteria for the certain connective tissue diseases were detected in the patients with UCTD from 2.7 and 20.0% more often. Bone, joint and skin phenotypic signs of dysplasia were observed in patients with GERD associated with UCTD by 4-4.5 times more often. Various abnormalities of internal organs develoained data indicated that the number of pathological GER was significantly higher in the setting of comorbidity. Our research also showed that the chances of diagnosing Reynaud's Syndrome, arthralgia, unmotivated body weight loss, dysphagia, skin rash, oral ulcers, proximal muscle weakness in the patients with GERD associated with UCTD are higher in comparison with the patients with GERD without comorbidity (р less then 0.05).
