Compared with the national norm, the scores of each dimension of quality of life of occupational disease patients were significantly lower, and the differences were statistically significant (P less then 0.01) ; Compared with the scores of each dimension of quality of life of pneumoconiosis patients, the scores of PF, RP and GH of occupational disease patients were significantly higher, and the differences were statistically significant (P less then 0.05) . Conclusion SF-36 scale has good reliability and validity in measuring the quality of life of patients with occupational diseases, which can be used to evaluate the quality of life of patients with occupational diseases. Objective To explore the effect of occupational nickel exposure on blood glucose related indicators of workers. Methods In March 2019, five electroplating enterprises and one plastic hardware enterprise were selected by cluster sampling method. 159 nickel plating workers were selected as the contact group, and 66 administrative personnel of the same enterprise were selected as the control group. The serum nickel concentration, fasting blood glucose (FPG) , fasting insulin (FIns) and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) were measured in the contact group and the control group. The differences of blood glucose related indexes between the two groups were compared, and the risk factors of abnormal blood glucose indexes were analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the blood nickel concentration and detection rate of nickel in the contact group were higher, the levels of FIns were lower, and the proportion of HbA1c was higher in the contact group (P less then 0.05) . Stratified analysis showed that compared with the control group, the blood glucose index of men in the contact group changed significantly (P less then 0.05) ; logistic regression analysis showed that male was an independent influencing factor for decreased FIns (OR=8.264, P less then 0.05) . Conclusion Long term exposure to nickel can affect the blood glucose related indexes such as fins and HbA1c.Objective To explore the relationship between occupational stress and metabolic syndrome (MS) in operating room nurses. link3 Methods In July 2019, 179 nurses in the operating room of a third-class A hospital in Shandong Province were selected as the research objects. The self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the general situation, and "Nurse Job Stressor Scale" was used to investigate the occupational stress level of nursing staff. The height, weight, waist circumference, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol, triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, ischemia-modified albumin, lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2 were measured. The nursing staff were divided into MS group and non-MS group, and the occupational stress levels of the two groups were compared. Chi square test or Fisher test were used to compare the counting data between groups; the measurement data were expressed by Mean±SD, and the comparison between groups was perfos level of nurses in operating room is related to the prevalence of MS.Objective To explore the psychological status of medical staff during COVID-19 epidemic, so as to provide reference and scientific basis for carrying out further psychological intervention and ensuring the mental health of medical staff. Methods By using convenient sampling method and the Stresss-Anxiety ubscale of Depression Anxiety Stress (DASS-21) , the mental health status of 615 medical staff was investigated by the way of questionnaire star from February 4 to 16, 2020. A total of 615 questionnaires were distributed and collected, and 615 were valid, with an effective recovery rate of 100%. Results The detection rates of psychological stress and anxiety of medical staff were 13.82% (85/615) and 25.37% (156/615) , respectively. 31-40 years old and working in key departments were risk factors for psychological stress of medical staff (OR=1.779, 2.127) ; Women, frequently washing hands with soap/hand sanitizer/disinfectant were protective factors for psychological stress (OR=0.520, 0.528) . Medical staff working in designated hospitals and key departments were more likely to have anxiety (OR=2.042, 2.702) ; The high fit of the mask to the face and bridge of the nose was a protective factor for the psychological anxiety of medical staff (OR=0.500) . Conclusion Medical staff show higher stress and anxiety during the epidemic of COVID-19. Psychological intervention should be carried out early, focusing on men, age 31 to 40, medical staff working in designated hospitals and key departments. Objective To explore the effects of acute paraquat poisoning on cognitive function of patients through neuropsychologic test. Methods In June 2019, 36 patients with acute paraquat poisoning in the emergency department of a provincial hospital in Hebei Province were selected as the case group. 36 healthy individuals were selected as control group. The cognitive function and depressive state were assessed by mini mental state scale, auditory word learning test, digit span test, connection test, Boston Naming Test and geriatric depression scale. Results The results of Mini-Mental State examination showed that the total score of the case group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05) . The scores of Digit Span test and Boston Naming test in the control group were higher than those in the case group, the Trail Making test time in the control group was shorter than that in the case group, and the differences were statistically significant (P less then 0.05) . Conclusion Acute paraquat poisoning can impair human cognitive ability to a certain extent. Objective To explore the association between long-term low-dose radiation exposure and other influencing factors with the risk of lens opacity on medical radiation workers. Methods In July 2019, a retrospective cohort study was conducted by collecting the basic demographic information, dose data and health inspection result of 2708 radiologists in 22 hospitals of Guangzhou from the Occupational Health Inspection Information System and the Personal Dose Monitoring System of the Guangdong Prevention and Treatment Center for Occupational Disease between 2010 to 2018. The association between the average annual effective dose and lens opacity risk was calculated by using Time-Dependent Cox Regression Model. Results From 2010 to 2018, the incidence density of lens opacity was 185.90/10000 person years. Compared with the radiation workers in the age 0.05) . Conclusion Age is the main influencing factor of lens opacification in medical radiation workers, their radiation working time and intensity should be strictly controlled and radiation protection should be done. Objective To explore the correlation between occupational gasoline exposure and metabolic syndrome (MS) . Methods In September 2019, a total of 147 occupational gasoline exposure workers from a oil sales company in Beijing were selected as the observation group by using cluster sampling method, 158 people without gasoline exposure from the company were selected as the control group. Occupational health examination were performed to measure body mass, blood pressure and fasting plasma glucose (FPG) , triglycerides (TG) , high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and other data. General demographic characteristics, occupational history, past medical history and personal history were analyzed either. Results The levels of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, FPG, TG and BMI in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group (P0.05) . The odds ratio (OR) of MS in the observation group was 1.988 times that in the control group (P less then 0.05) . Conclusion Occupational gasoline exposure is associated with the increasing detection rate of MS.Objective To investigate the level of social support and its correlation with occupational stress among gas production workers in the field. Methods In October 2018, the cluster sampling method was used to perform a cross-sectional survey for 1726 gas production workers in the field, and related data of these workers were collected, including age, education level, marital status, level of social support, and related factors for occupational stress. A Spearman's rank correlation analysis was used to investigate the correlation between social support and occupational stress, and the levels of occupational stress-related factors were compared between the groups with different social support scores. Results The gas production workers in the field had a median (25th percentile, 75th percentile) social support score of 24.00 (19.00, 28.00) , and there was a significant difference in social support score between the workers with different posts or work shifts (P less then 0.01) . Social support score was positively correlated with effort, daily stress, negative emotion, and job routinization (P less then 0.05) and was negatively correlated with job satisfaction, reward, working stability, and promotion opportunity (P less then 0.05) . The group with a high social support score had significantly higher scores of effort, job routinization, sleep disorders, and daily stress than the other two groups (P less then 0.01) , and the group with a low social support score had significantly higher scores of reward, self-efficacy, positive affection, and job satisfaction than the other two groups (P less then 0.01) . Conclusion High-level social support plays an important role in alleviating occupational stress and protecting mental health among gas production workers in the field.
