- In the philippines there isn't a law that protects Distributers and Resellers, it lets the End-buyers or consumers buy directly from the Suppliers for low or cheap.
- Distributers and Resellers usually are meant to be the ones to change the prices, increasing it more as it goes until the End-buyers pays.
- Ex. Suppliers ; Uratex . distributers ; SM corporations (or like the company of SM) . Resellers ; SM North . End-buyers : You.
-(P.S. ITS HYPOTETICALLY SOLVABLE, we have to offer a new law to protect the Distributers and Resellers so that the End-buyers wouldn't be able to buy to the distributers.)
