Pre-production is the planning stage.This is where you need to plan what you're going to film,what techniques you'll need to use and the things you'll need for the shoot.It might seem boring if you want to go straight to filming.There are many ways to plan.You can develop ideas by using mind map or mood board then write a script and draw story boards.In choosing actors or actresses,it should be done carefully.You can't just choose your friends to act unless they really can act.You can make an audition so you can see who's good for the role.In checking some locations,check out the location where you're planning to film.Also check if the location is safe and don't have any interruptions and make sure to have the permission of the owner of the place.Also you need to consider sounds.Good sound can make a great movie,a bad sound can make it unwatchable.Be careful not to use copyright music without permission.When you're ready to film make sure to have everything you need and you can use some schedule for the shooting.
