The packaging samples include paper and different types of plastic. Phthalates were extracted by dichloromethane and analyzed by gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry (GC-MS). While DnBP had the highest mean values in beef from 34.5 to 378.5 μg·kg-1, DiOP displayed the lowest mean values from LOD to 37 μg·kg-1. The larger contact area and the presence of distributed fat on the surface of the minced meat resulted in significantly higher phthalate translocation than beef slices. Further, DMTP was not detected in any samples. However, the examined food packages do not meet the requirements of Russian, EU and USA legislation, as DnBP migrates to meat. Evidence indicates that many university students have poor adherence to a healthy diet accompanied by unhealthy lifestyle behaviors. Chrono-nutrition is an emerging field of research that examines the pattern of optimum daily activity in relation to the human's dietary patterns, and their reflections of variable health indicators such as sleep quality. However, there is a scarcity of research that examines the relationship between adherence to the healthy eating pattern, like the Mediterranean diet (MD), with sleep quality and chronotype among university students.

A cross-sectional study was conducted, and convenience sampling was used. Participants were assessed for adherence to the MD using the Mediterranean Diet Quality Index (KIDMED), for sleep quality using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), and for chronotype using the Morningness-Eveningness questionnaire (MEQ).

The study included 503 university students, most of them (81.5%) were females. Only 15.1 and 16.9% reported morningness chronotyore elaboration on the impact of chronotype and dietary habits on sleep quality and other important aspects such as mental health and academic achievement.
Good adherence to the healthy diet presented in the MD among university students is associated with morningness chronotype and with improved overall sleep quality and sleep components. This study examined whether lentinan, an active ingredient in mushrooms, could improve NAFLD and gut microbiota dysbiosis in NAFLD mice induced by a high-fat (HF) diet. Dietary lentinan supplementation for 15 weeks significantly improved gut microbiota dysbiosis in HF mice, evidenced by increased the abundance of phylum Actinobacteria and decreased phylum Proteobacteria and Epsilonbacteraeota. Moreover, lentinan improved intestinal barrier integrity and characterized by enhancing intestinal tight junction proteins, restoring intestinal redox balance, and reducing serum lipopolysaccharide (LPS). In the liver, lentinan attenuated HF diet-induced steatohepatitis, alteration of inflammation-insulin (NFκB-PTP1B-Akt-GSK3β) signaling molecules, and dysregulation of metabolism and immune response genes.
