anding which factors are associated to participation is central to developing interventions for older adults. These findings may help health professionals in the future develop interventions for maintaining and promoting the participation of older adults.Tuberculosis (TB), the most frequent bacterium-mediated infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, has been known to infect humans since ancient times. Although TB is common worldwide, the most recent report by the WHO (World Health Organization) listed the three countries of India, China, and Russia with 27%, 14%, and 8% of the global burden of TB, respectively. It has been reported that resistance to TB drugs, particularly by the pncA gene to the pyrazinamide drug due to mutations, significantly affects the effective treatment of TB. Understanding the mechanism of drug resistance using computational methods is of great interest to design effective TB treatment, exploring the structural features with these tools. Thus, keeping in view the importance of these methods, we employed state-of-the-art computational methods to study the mechanism of resistance caused by the W68L, L85P, and T87A mutations recently reported in 2021. We employed a molecular docking approach to predict the binding conformation and studied the dynamic properties of each complex using molecular dynamics simulation approaches. Our analysis revealed that compared to the wildtype, these three mutations altered the binding pattern and reduced the binding affinity. Moreover, the structural dynamic features also showed that these mutations significantly reduced the structural stability and packing, particularly by the W68L and L85P mutations. Moreover, principal component analysis, free energy landscape, and the binding free energy results revealed variation in the protein's motion and the binding energy. The total binding free energy was for the wildtype -9.61 kcal/mol, W68L -7.57 kcal/mol, L85P -6.99 kcal/mol, and T87A -7.77 kcal/mol. Our findings can help to design a structure-based drug against the MDR (multiple drug-resistant) TB.Work-related injuries (WRIs) are recognized as a leading cause of admission to the national trauma center of Qatar. A retrospective analysis of trauma registry data and electronic medical records was conducted on a cohort of all WRI patients who were admitted to the Hamad Trauma Center (HTC), in Doha, Qatar, between 2011 and 2017. A total of 3757 WRI patients were treated at the HTC over the 7-year study period. The overall cost for treatment was 124,671,431 USD (18 million USD per year), with a median cost of 19,071 USD. There was a strong positive correlation between the overall cost and hospital-stay cost (r2 = 0.949, p = 0.00001) and between the overall cost and procedure cost (r2 = 0.852, p = 0.00001). Motor vehicle crash (MVC) victims who wore seatbelts had significantly lower injury severity, hospital stay and median total costs. A comparison of patients by quartiles of the costs incurred showed that the proportions of MVC victims, pedestrian injuries and mortality were significantly higher in the fourth quartile when compared to other quartiles (p less then 0.05). These findings suggest that investments in the primary prevention of work-related injuries from falls and MVCs, through proven interventions, should be priorities for occupational safety and health in Qatar. The coronavirus disease of 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic is currently a global challenge, with 210 countries, including Indonesia, seeking to minimize its spread. Therefore, this study aims to determine the spatiotemporal spread pattern of this virus in Surabaya using various data on confirmed cases from 28 April to 26 October 2021. It also aims to determine the relationship between pollutant parameters, such as carbon monoxide (CO), nitrogen dioxide (NO2), sulfur dioxide (SO2), and ozone (O3), as well as the government's high social restrictions policy in Java-Bali. Several methods, such as the weighted mean center, directional distribution, Getis-Ord Gi*, Moran's I, and geographically weighted regression, were used to identify the spatial spread pattern of the virus. The weighted mean center indicated that the epicenter location of the outbreak moved randomly. The directional distribution demonstrated a decrease of 21 km2 at the end of the study phase, which proved that its spread has significantly reduced in Surabaya. Meanwhile, the Getis-Ord Gi* results demonstrated that the eastern and southern parts of the study region were highly infected. Moran's I demonstrate that COVID-19 cases clustered during the spike. The geographically weighted regression model indicated a number of influence zones in the northeast, northwest, and a few in the southwest parts at the peak of R2 0.55. The relationship between COVID-19 cases and air pollution parameters proved that people living at the outbreak's center have low pollution levels due to lockdown. Furthermore, the lockdown policy reduced CO, NO2, SO2, and O3. In addition, increase in air pollutants; namely, NO2, CO, SO2 and O3, was recorded after 7 weeks of lockdown implementation (started from 18 August). The main objective of this study was to validate the Healthy Lifestyle Questionnaire-EVS III, using confirmatory factor analysis of the measurement model. A total of 822 Portuguese individuals of both genders, aged between 18 and 66 years old (M = 28.43 SD = 12.07), participated in this study, of which 382 were male (46.5%) and 440 were female (53.5%). The main results obtained revealed that the psychometric qualities prove the adequacy of the factor structure of the Healthy Lifestyles Questionnaire-EVS III (7 factors/32 items) and that it has acceptable validity indices χ2 = 644.6828, p = 0.000, df = 168, χ2/df = 3.84, NFI = 0.901, TLI = 0.902, CFI = 0.921, IFI = 0.922, MFI = 0.900, GFI = 0.909, AGFI = 0.901, RMR = 0.073, SRMR = 0.059 and RMSEA = 0.059, enabling the assessment of factors related to a balanced diet, respect for mealtimes, tobacco consumption, alcohol consumption, consumption of other drugs, resting habits and physical activity habits. The Portuguese version of the Healthy Lifestyles Questionnaire-EVS III can be used with reasonable confidence for the assessment of healthy lifestyles.China provides National Essential Public Health Services (NEPHS) free of charge to all citizens to ensure access to essential health services. The present study aimed to explore the associations between different sources of support and NEPHS service utilization among older migrants in China with a gender perspective. We used a national cross-sectional dataset derived from the 2015 China Migrants Dynamic Survey. Participants were included if they were aged ≥60 years and without household registration at the residence. Among 1989 participants, 35.2% enrolled in a free physical examination in the past year 34.6% for males and 35.9% for females. Among male participants, having more local friends (OR = 1.47, 95% CI 1.09, 1.99) and having insurance at the residence (OR = 1.75, 95% CI 1.03, 2.96) were associated with enrolment in a free physical examination after controlling for age, education, and self-reported health status. Two additional factors, marital status and family structure, were found for female participants to be associated with enrolment in a free physical examination. NEPHS service utilization was far from satisfactory among older migrants in China, and both family support and social support played a role in it. There are common and unique factors associated with NEPHS service utilization in terms of gender.
COVID-19 has changed individual lives to the core. Through national curfews and social distancing, individuals' social lives changed and led to increased levels of stress and mental health problems. As another consequence, communication, especially among young people, has shifted to social networking sites, where particularly young adults sought help for their mental health problems. In recent years, Instagram has received recognition for its health-enhancing potentials. check details On this social networking site, more than 1 billion users worldwide post 500 million stories and images per day.

During COVID-19, increasing mental health incidences were reported throughout the world, and have led mental health influencers to gain in relevance. The proposed study is based on a quantitative survey. In order to test how different content formats utilized by mental health influencers -motivational quotes, comics, or influencer posts-are evaluated by Instagram users, a cross-sectional quantitative study was conducted in April 2021. Data collection was based on convenience sampling. In total, 532 Austrian respondents between 16 and 34 years of age participated in the survey.

Overall, the content that received the most favorable evaluations were both the motivational quote (M = 4.23) and the influencer post (M = 4.12), while the comics scored lower in terms of evaluations (M = 3.72).

Respondents' preference of content suggests that individuals seek out content that boosts their esteem or content with a "human touch". Explanations as to why the selected content formats were preferred over the other formats are offered alongside a future research outlook.

Ambivalence involves tensions between protection of refugee children and protection of national borders, public services and entrenched images. Unresolved ambivalence supports failures to honor the rights of refugee children according to international law and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. There is failure to protect and include them in national public services and in international coordination of public health and wellbeing. We identify misrepresentations of childhood and refugeeness that lie behind ambivalence and the equitable organization and delivery of public services for health and wellbeing. With illustrative studies, we propose a developmental relational framework for understanding refugee children's contributions in the sociocultural environment. Contrary to the image of passive victims, refugee children interact with other people and institutions in the co-construction of situated encounters. A developmental relational understanding of children's 'co-actions' in the social environment provides a foundation for addressing misrepresentations of childhood and refugeeness that deny refugee children protection and inclusion as rights-bearers. We point to directions in research and practice to recognize their rights to thrive and contribute to society.Understanding the spatiotemporal characteristics of PM2.5 concentrations and identifying their associated meteorological factors can provide useful insight for implementing air pollution interventions. In this study, we used daily air quality monitoring data for 28 air pollution transmission channel cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region during 2014-2019 to quantify the relative contributions of meteorological factors on spatiotemporal variation in PM2.5 concentration by combining time series and spatial perspectives. The results show that annual mean PM2.5 concentration significantly decreased in 24 of the channel cities from 2014 to 2019, but they all still exceeded the Grade II Chinese Ambient Air Quality Standards (35 μg m-3) in 2019. PM2.5 concentrations exhibited clear spatial agglomeration in the most polluted season, and their spatial pattern changed slightly over time. Meteorological variables accounted for 31.96% of the temporal variation in PM2.5 concentration among the 28 cities during the study period, with minimum temperature and average relative humidity as the most critical factors.
