In this work, we report an all-laser mask-less processing technology that integrates manufacturing, modifying, and restoring of highly conductive Cu structures. By traveling a focused laser, the Cu patterns can be fabricated on the flexible substrate, while these as-written patterns can be selectively erased by changing the laser to a defocused state. Subsequently, the fresh patterns with identical conductivity and stability can be rewritten by repeating the writing step. Further, this erasing-rewriting process is also capable of repairing failure patterns, such as oxidation and cracking. Owing to the high controllability of this writing-erasing-rewriting process and its excellent reproducibility for conductive structures, it opens a new avenue for rapid healing and prototyping of electronics.This work reports an analysis of the dielectric properties of reduced graphene oxide mixed into epoxy resin, diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A, in the frequency range 10[Formula see text]-10[Formula see text] Hz and over the temperature range of 300-400 K, using impedance spectroscopy. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of Beauveria bassiana inoculation on the growth and physiological parameters of the cowpea plant and assess the influence of the inoculation on the feeding performance and survival of C. arcuata adults. Colonization by B. bassiana was recorded in the stems (63.89%), roots (45.83%), and leaves (25%) of the cowpea plant. It was found that B. bassiana enhanced the plant height, number of leaves, and the dry mass of the inoculated cowpea plants as compared to the control. The treated plants exhibited higher net carbon dioxide (CO2) assimilation rates in the gas exchange evaluation as well as higher stomatal conductance, evapotranspiration rates, and chlorophyll (a + b) content than the control plants. Moreover, the Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that the B. bassiana negatively affected the survival of the insect in the leaf disc assays.
Most developed countries have implemented some form of universal newborn hearing screening program. Early identification and rehabilitation of congenital hearing loss is important in functional outcome, and the need to identify the cause of hearing impairment has become clear. We aimed to evaluate audiological and etiological outcomes in a large group of patients with failed neonatal hearing screening.

We performed a retrospective chart analysis of patients who were referred to our tertiary referral center after failing neonatal hearing screening during a 12-year period (2007-2019). Screening was based on automated auditory brainstem response (AABR) or a combined approach of AABR and auditory steady-state response (ASSR) with chirp stimulus. Extensive audiometric testing was performed to confirm and determine the type and degree of hearing loss. In case of permanent hearing loss, a standardized etiological protocol was followed to determine the cause.

Several features noted on renal mass biopsy (RMB) can influence treatment selection including tumor histology and nuclear grade. However, there is poor concordance between renal cell carcinoma (RCC) nuclear grade on RMB compared to nephrectomy specimens. Here, we evaluate the association of nuclear grade with aorta-lesion-attenuation-difference (ALAD) values determined on preoperative CT scan.

A retrospective review of preoperative CT scans and surgical pathology was performed on patients undergoing nephrectomy for solid renal masses. ALAD was calculated by measuring the difference in Hounsfield units (HU) between the aorta and the lesion of interest on the same image slice on preoperative CT scan. The discriminative ability of ALAD to differentiate low-grade (nuclear grade 1 and 2) and high-grade (nuclear grade 3 and 4) tumors was evaluated by sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value (PPV), negative predictive value (NPV), and area under curve (AUC) using ROC analysis. Sub-group analysis by hilded very similar diagnostic performance and limitations of ALAD. Further studies are necessary to evaluate this relationship further.
Various randomized phaseIII clinical trials have compared moderately hypofractionated to normofractionated radiotherapy (RT). These modalities showed similar effectiveness without major differences in toxicity. This project was conducted by the Prostate Cancer Expert Panel of the German Society of Radiation Oncology (DEGRO) and the Working Party on Radiation Oncology of the German Cancer Society. We aimed to investigate expert opinions on the use of moderately hypofractionated RT as adefinitive treatment for localized prostate cancer in German-speaking countries.

A25-item, web-based questionnaire on moderate-hypofractionation RT was prepared by an internal committee. The experts of the DEGRO were asked to complete the questionnaire.

Fourteen active members of DEGRO completed the questionnaire. The questions described indications for selecting patients eligible to receive moderate hypofractionation based on clinical and pathological factors such as age, urinary symptoms, and risk-group. The questions also collected information on the technical aspects of selection criteria, including the definition of aclinical target volume, the use of imaging, protocols for bladder and rectal filling, the choice of afractionation schedule, and the use of image guidance. Moreover, the questionnaire collected information on post-treatment surveillance after applying moderately hypofractionated RT.

To identify the characteristic magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) findings in angioleiomyoma and to clarify its relationship with histopathological findings.

We retrospectively analyzed the MRI findings and pathological subtypes in 25 patients with subcutaneous angioleiomyoma of the extremities. Based on the previous reports, MRI findings that could be characteristic of angioleiomyoma were extracted. According to the World Health Organization classification, all cases were classified into three pathological subtypes solid, venous, and cavernous. The relationship between MRI findings and pathological subtypes was analyzed.

The pathological subtypes were solid (n = 10), venous (n = 11), and cavernous (n = 4). The following MRI findings were observed (a) hypo- or iso-intense linear and/or branching structures on a T2-weighted image (positive total/solid/venous/cavernous 19/5/10/4, respectively), which we defined as "dark reticular sign"; (b) peripheral hypointense rim on a T2-weighted image (positive total/solid/venous/cavernous 19/7/8/4, respectively); and (c) presence of any adjacent vascular structures (positive total/solid/venous/cavernous 6/3/3/0, respectively). Chi-square test showed a significant relationship between dark reticular sign and pathological subtypes (p = 0.0426). The dark reticular sign was found more frequently in the venous and cavernous types than in the solid type. The other MRI findings did not reveal a significant relationship between pathological subtypes.
