A uterine transplantation was performed in a 33-year-old patient with Mayer-Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser syndrome. The donor was a 50-year-old woman who underwent a robotic-assisted uterus retrieval. The procedure was held at Barretos Câncer Hospital, Barretos - São Paulo, Brazil.

After approval from the National and local Institutional Review Board, the protocol was submitted to clinicaltrials.gov (NCT04249791), and the first case was performed. The screening of the patients was done. The uterus was retrieved through a Pfannenstiel incision to avoid complications to the uterine vessels. Uterus was transplanted in the recipient by end-to-end anastomosis of the internal iliac arteries and end-to-side anastomosis of the external iliac vein with a gonadal vein from the infundibulopelvic ligament. Although arrhythmias are reported to be due to localized propagation abnormalities, little is known about the mechanisms underlying the initiation and termination of reentry. This is primarily because of a lack of an appropriate experimental system in which activity pattern switches between reentry and normal beating can be investigated. In this study, we aimed to develop a culture system for measuring the spatial dynamics of reentry-like activity during its onset and termination. Rat cardiomyocytes were seeded in microelectrode arrays and purified with a glucose-free culture medium to generate a culture with a heterogeneous cell density. Reentry-like activity was recorded in purified cardiomyocytes, but not in the controls. Reentry-like activity occurred by a unidirectional conduction block after shortening of the inter-beat interval. Furthermore, reentry-like activity was terminated after propagation with a conduction delay of less than 300 ms, irrespective of whether the propagation pattern changed or not. These results indicate that a simple purification process is sufficient to induce reentry-like activity. Many studies have investigated potential ADRs based on social media due to the openness and timeliness of this resource; however, they have ignored the fine-grained emotional expression in social media text. In addition, the benchmark datasets from social media are usually small, which can result in the problem of over-fitting. In this paper, we propose the Adversarial Neural Network with Sentiment-aware Attention (ANNSA) model, which enhances the sentimental element in social media and improves the performance of neural networks via data augmentation. Specifically, a sentiment-aware attention mechanism is proposed to extract the word-level sentiment features associated with sentiment words and learn task-related information by optimizing a task-specific loss. For low-resource datasets, we use an adversarial training approach to generate perturbations of the word embeddings via an implicit regularization technique. ANNSA was tested on three social media ADR detection datasets, namely, Twitter, TwiMed (Twitter) and CADEC. The experimental results indicated the ability to achieve F1 values of 48.84%, 64.18% and 83.06%, respectively, comparable to the best results reported for state-of-the-art methods. Our study demonstrates that sentiment words are highly correlated with ADRs and that word-level sentiment features can assist in detecting ADRs from social media datasets.A dumbbell-shaped stir bar adsorbent of MIL-101 entrapped in PVA cryogel coated with poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) was fabricated to extract synthetic phenolic antioxidants in foodstuffs. The interconnected porous of cryogel allowed the entrapment of MIL-101 and enhanced the surface areas of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) coating which facilitated multiple adsorptions. The fabricated adsorbent was characterized and measured the adsorption capacities for synthetic phenolic antioxidants. Extraction efficiency was optimized by evaluating the effect of adsorbent compositions, extraction time, stirring speed, sample pH, desorption conditions, sample volume and ionic strength. The analysis of extracted synthetic phenolic antioxidants was carried out using high performance liquid chromatography. The developed analysis method provided a wide linear range of 0.20 - 200 µg kg-1 for butylated hydroxyanisole and 0.50 - 200 µg kg-1 for tert‑butylhydroquinone and butylated hydroxytoluene. The limits of detection were between 0.05 and 0.15 µg kg-1. The developed stir bar adsorbent was utilized to extract these three synthetic phenolic antioxidants from juice, milk, infant formula and coffee creamer. Recoveries ranged from 87 to 101% with RSDs below 7%. The developed composite stir bar adsorbent was convenient to use, and good physical and chemical stability allowed efficient extraction for 12 extraction cycles.This work describes the direct hyphenation of cation exchange chromatography (CEX) with a compact, easy-to-use benchtop Time of Flight mass spectrometer (ToF/MS) for the analytical characterization of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs). For this purpose, a wide range of commercial mAb products (including expired samples and mAb biosimilars) were selected to draw reliable conclusions. From a chromatographic point of view, various buffers and column dimensions were tested. When considering pH response, buffer stability over time and MS compatibility, the best compromise is represented by the following recipe 50 mM ammonium acetate, titrated to pH 5.0 (mobile phase A) and 160 mM ammonium acetate, titrated to pH 8.5 (mobile phase B). Despite the broader peaks observed with the 2.1 mm i.d. CEX column, this was preferentially selected for CEX-MS operation, since the efficiency loss (caused by extra-column dispersion) was still acceptable while MS compatibility was strongly enhanced (thanks to low flow rate). Herein we performed a comparative investigation of diverse ginseng products by simultaneously assaying 15 saponins (notoginsenoside R1, ginsenosides Rg1, -Re, -Rf, -Ra2, -Rb1, -Rc, -Ro, -Rb2, -Rb3, -Rd, 20(R)-ginsenoside Rg3, 24(R)-pseudoginsenoside F11, chikusetsusaponins IV, and -IVa) using an ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography/charged aerosol detector (UHPLC-CAD) approach. Twelve Panax-derived ginseng products (involving P. ginseng root, P. quinquefolius root, P. notoginseng root, Red ginseng, P. ginseng leaf, P. quinquefolius leaf, P. notoginseng leaf, P. ginseng flower, P. quinquefolius flower, P. notoginseng flower, P. japonicus root, and P. japonicus var. major root) were considered. Benefiting from the condition optimization, the baseline resolution of 15 ginsenosides was achieved on a CORTECS UPLC Shield RP18 column.
