Kentaro Kikuchi, mewarisi darah Yakuza dari sang ayah namun sifat dan kelakukan diturunkan dari sang Ibu; terlalu cinta kebebasan, pendidikan juga lebih penting dari pada menjadi berandalan.

Dan kali ini ia dipindahkan ke Fouxta, sebenarnya Kikuchi sendiri bingung— ia pewaris geng atau pegawai sipil yang nomaden? Ah.. entahlah.
Mau dikatakan apa juga atau dibantah, ia tetap pindah ke Fouxta.
