Surgical optimization using Healon GV and mixtures of Healon GV phosphate buffered saline (PBS) to induce retinal detachment demonstrated that only Healon GVPBS allowed F-HA ePTFE substrates to be successfully transplanted into the subretinal space of Royal College of Surgeons rats, where they remained flat beneath the neural retina for up to 4 weeks. They were also the least likely to report that clinical information was available electronically from outside providers. This study was conducted to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of TCZ as an adjunct therapy for the treatment of severe COVID-19 infection. This was a retrospective observational chart review of confirmed COVID-19 patients who received TCZ, along with other COVID-19 therapies.
