Last week was a challenging week for me. As you may know, Rosie had 3 days off for holiday and I was taking care of her job. The fact is my workload increased by 70%, which you can see on the report, but I actually did it quite well. It was pretty hard for the first day because I had to read all of her cases , but for the second and the third days, I feel that it was not that hard and I was getting better. I noticed that I improved quite a lot after those 3 days. An example for this is that after Rosie came back to work, I have a lot of free time even though my workload was just the same with the previous week, thanks, Rosie.

Also, I got about $1000 from old customers' customization requests, which I think is pretty great. I was thinking that if we can take advantage from old customers, that would be also the huge income for sales. Every old customer wanna have a better app, if we can also give them a new demo of the app which have a better layout/design or functionality, they may be willing to pay for us. Because they already paid to buy the app, I think they are more likely to pay for the update. So, what would you say?
