Spatiotemporal epidemiology of cryptosporidiosis in the Republic of Ireland, 2008-2017: continuing development of any space-time "cluster recurrence" directory.
As a new brain-inspired computational model of artificial neural networks, spiking neural networks transmit and process information via precisely timed spike trains. Constructing efficient learning methods is a significant research field in spiking neural networks. In this paper, we present a supervised learning algorithm for multilayer feedforward spiking neural networks; all neurons can fire multiple spikes in all layers. The feedforward network consists of spiking neurons governed by biologically plausible long-term memory spike response model, in which the effect of earlier spikes on the refractoriness is not neglected to incorporate adaptation effects. The gradient descent method is employed to derive synaptic weight updating rule for learning spike trains. The proposed algorithm is tested and verified on spatiotemporal pattern learning problems, including a set of spike train learning tasks and nonlinear pattern classification problems on four UCI datasets. Simulation results indicate that the proposed algorithm can improve learning accuracy in comparison with other supervised learning algorithms. How to solve the numerical solution of nonlinear partial differential equations efficiently and conveniently has always been a difficult and meaningful problem. In this paper, the data-driven quasiperiodic wave, periodic wave, and soliton solutions of the KdV-mKdV equation are simulated by the multilayer physics-informed neural networks (PINNs) and compared with the exact solution obtained by the generalized Jacobi elliptic function method. Firstly, the different types of solitary wave solutions are used as initial data to train the PINNs. At the same time, the different PINNs are applied to learn the same initial data by selecting the different numbers of initial points sampled, residual collocation points sampled, network layers, and neurons per hidden layer, respectively. The result shows that the PINNs well reconstruct the dynamical behaviors of the quasiperiodic wave, periodic wave, and soliton solutions for the KdV-mKdV equation, which gives a good way to simulate the solutions of nonlinear partial differential equations via one deep learning method. My country's current research on the influencing factors of total factor productivity has problems such as single evaluation method, low efficiency, and poor overall level in terms of evaluation methods and evaluation efficiency. Based on this, this study divides the financial structure into three traditional sections, banking, securities, and insurance, and uses the DEA model to study the temporal and spatial differences of the financial structure's influence on the total factor productivity of the four major political and economic regions of China's eastern, western, central, and northeastern China. First, establish a DEA model based on data mining algorithms, combine financial data comparisons over the years, to achieve a quantitative analysis of the financial structure's impact on China's total factor productivity, calculate financial efficiency, and then combine the DEA analysis data model with the grey correlation method. Analyze its internal influence rules, and design experiments for model verification analysis. The results show that the DEA analysis model can realize 8 iterations of data on the impact of financial structure on China's total factor productivity, and its evaluation accuracy can reach more than 96.2%.In recent years, as human life expectancy increases, birth rate decreases and health management concerns; the traditional Healthcare imaging system, with its uneven Healthcare imaging resources, high Healthcare imaging costs, and diagnoses often relying on doctors' clinical experience and equipment level limitations, has affected people's demand for health, so there is a need for a more accurate, convenient, and affordable Healthcare imaging system that allows all people to enjoy fair and quality Healthcare imaging services. This paper discusses the construction and evaluation of an intelligent medical diagnostic model based on integrated deep neural networks, which not only provides a systematic diagnostic analysis of the various symptoms input by the inquirer but also has higher accuracy and efficiency compared with traditional medical diagnostic models. The construction of this model provides a theoretical basis for integrating deep neural networks applied to medical neighborhoods with big data algorithms. With the rapid development of deep learning and the wide usage of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), CNN-based algorithms of vehicle detection in aerial images have been widely studied in the past several years. As a downstream task of the general object detection, there are some differences between the vehicle detection in aerial images and the general object detection in ground view images, e.g., larger image areas, smaller target sizes, and more complex background. In this paper, to improve the performance of this task, a Dense Attentional Residual Network (DAR-Net) is proposed. The proposed network employs a novel dense waterfall residual block (DW res-block) to effectively preserve the spatial information and extract high-level semantic information at the same time. A multiscale receptive field attention (MRFA) module is also designed to select the informative feature from the feature maps and enhance the ability of multiscale perception. Based on the DW res-block and MRFA module, to protect the spatial information, the proposed framework adopts a new backbone that only downsamples the feature map 3 times; i.e., the total downsampling ratio of the proposed backbone is 8. These designs could alleviate the degradation problem, improve the information flow, and strengthen the feature reuse. In addition, deep-projection units are used to reduce the impact of information loss caused by downsampling operations, and the identity mapping is applied to each stage of the proposed backbone to further improve the information flow. The proposed DAR-Net is evaluated on VEDAI, UCAS-AOD, and DOTA datasets. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed framework outperforms other state-of-the-art algorithms. The motion intent recognition via lower limb prosthesis can be regarded as a kind of short-term action recognition, where the major issue is to explore the gait instantaneous conversion (known as transitional pattern) between each two adjacent different steady states of gait mode. Traditional intent recognition methods usually employ a set of statistical features to classify the transitional patterns. However, the statistical features of the short-term signals via the instantaneous conversion are empirically unstable, which may degrade the classification accuracy. Bearing this in mind, we introduce the one-dimensional dual-tree complex wavelet transform (1D-DTCWT) to address the motion intent recognition via lower limb prosthesis. On the one hand, the local analysis ability of the wavelet transform can amplify the instantaneous variation characteristics of gait information, making the extracted features of instantaneous pattern between two adjacent different steady states more stable. On the other hand, the translation invariance and direction selectivity of 1D-DTCWT can help to explore the continuous features of patterns, which better reflects the inherent continuity of human lower limb movements. In the experiments, we have recruited ten able-bodied subjects and one amputee subject and collected data by performing five steady states and eight transitional states. The experimental results show that the recognition accuracy of the able-bodied subjects has reached 98.91%, 98.92%, and 97.27% for the steady states, transitional states, and total motion states, respectively. Furthermore, the accuracy of the amputee has reached 100%, 91.16%, and 90.27% for the steady states, transitional states, and total motion states, respectively. The above evidence finally indicates that the proposed method can better explore the gait instantaneous conversion (better expressed as motion intent) between each two adjacent different steady states compared with the state-of-the-art.With the accelerated pace of urbanization, green buildings and green smart buildings gradually come into people's vision and are highly valued by all sectors of society on the premise of meeting sustainable development strategy. Firstly, this paper selects 7 first-level index factors and 20 second-level index factors to establish the green smart building evaluation system. Secondly, this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (AHP-FCE) method to determine the weight of each secondary index. Finally, the feasibility of the evaluation system is verified by case analysis, and some suggestions on green smart building are put forward. The remaining useful life estimation is a key technology in prognostics and health management (PHM) systems for a new generation of aircraft engines. With the increase in massive monitoring data, it brings new opportunities to improve the prediction from the perspective of deep learning. Therefore, we propose a novel joint deep learning architecture that is composed of two main parts the transformer encoder, which uses scaled dot-product attention to extract dependencies across distances in time series, and the temporal convolution neural network (TCNN), which is constructed to fix the insensitivity of the self-attention mechanism to local features. Both parts are jointly trained within a regression module, which implies that the proposed approach differs from traditional ensemble learning models. It is applied on the Commercial Modular Aero-Propulsion System Simulation (C-MAPSS) dataset from the Prognostics Center of Excellence at NASA Ames, and satisfactory results are obtained, especially under complex working conditions. The high dimensionality of software metric features has long been noted as a data quality problem that affects the performance of software defect prediction (SDP) models. This drawback makes it necessary to apply feature selection (FS) algorithm(s) in SDP processes. FS approaches can be categorized into three types, namely, filter FS (FFS), wrapper FS (WFS), and hybrid FS (HFS). HFS has been established as superior because it combines the strength of both FFS and WFS methods. However, selecting the most appropriate FFS (filter rank selection problem) for HFS is a challenge because the performance of FFS methods depends on the choice of datasets and classifiers. In addition, the local optima stagnation and high computational costs of WFS due to large search spaces are inherited by the HFS method. Therefore, as a solution, this study proposes a novel rank aggregation-based hybrid multifilter wrapper feature selection (RAHMFWFS) method for the selection of relevant and irredundant features from software defect ddressing filter rank selection and local optima stagnation problems in HFS, as well as the ability to select optimal features from SDP datasets while maintaining or enhancing the performance of SDP models. Epigenetic inhibitor chemical structure To conclude, the proposed RAHMFWFS achieved good performance by improving the prediction performances of SDP models across the selected datasets, compared to existing state-of-the-arts HFS methods.
