Seats

The majority of 3 wheel double buggies start as single pushchairs. However, some can be converted to accept a second seat with adapters. Some models allow you to add an extra board to older children who are able to walk, but still require assistance.

Check out the Joie Evalite Duo for a lightweight option perfect for city streets. It is easy to maneuver and comes with an enormous basket that has plenty of storage. It can accommodate twins starting at birth and can accommodate two car seats or a carrycot that has a seat. The seats are required to be facing forwards, and there's no room for a shopping bag underneath which is why you'll need a sidepack for that.

If you're looking to go off-road and off-road, the Mountain Buggy Duet is a good choice. It's a side-by-side with the smallest footprint of any double buggy on the market.
