This is a randomized controlled research, and it will be conducted from April 2021 to October 2021 at Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital. For the measurement of life quality, we will utilize Parkinson disease Questionnaire-39, the most extensively utilized the scale of life quality in PD. The evaluation of motor symptoms severity is carried out with the revision of Unified Parkinson Disease Rating Scale sponsored by Movement Disorder Society.

The study aims to unmask the global status and trends in this field.Publications on pain management of OA from 2000 to 2019 were retrieved from the Web of Science (WOS) database. The data were analyzed using bibliometric statistical methodology. The software VOS viewer was used for bibliographic coupling, co-authorship, co-citation, co-occurrence analysis and to investigate the publication trends in pain management of OA.A total of 8207 researches in amount were included. The relative research interests and number of publications indicated a rising trend. The USA made the greatest contribution to this field, with the most publications, total citations and the highest H-index, while Sweden had the highest average citation per publication. The most contributive organization was Boston University. The journal OA and Cartilage published the most relative articles. Researches could be grouped into 5 clusterch.
Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an emerging disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2; no specific effective medication to treat the disease has been identified to date. this website We aimed to investigate the administered medications and intervention times for patients who completely recovered from COVID-19.This single-center, retrospective, observational study included 55 patients with COVID-19 who were transferred to Shenyang Sixth People's Hospital between January 20 and March 15, 2020. Data on demographics, symptoms, laboratory indicators, treatment processes, and clinical outcomes were collected. Administered drugs and intervention times were compared in 47 and 8 patients with mild and severe symptoms, respectively.All 55 patients recovered. Fifty-three patients (96.36%) received antiviral therapy, including 45 in the mild group (median treatment 14 days; 17 received umifenovir) and all 8 severe-group patients (median treatment 17.5 days; 4 received lopinavir/ritonavir). Twenty-nineocorticoids and 9 (16.36%) with immunomodulators.Given the 100% recovery rate, early administration of antiviral drugs can be considered. Umifenovir may benefit patients with mild symptoms, while lopinavir/ritonavir may benefit those with severe symptoms. Prophylactic administration of common antibiotics may reduce the risk of co-infection. The use of glucocorticoids is usually not necessary. Randomized, double-blind, and controlled trials remain necessary for more accurate conclusions.
Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has been widely applied as promising adjunctive drugs for ovarian carcinoma (OC) in China and other Asian countries. However, its exact clinical efficacy and safety is still not well investigated. In this study, we aimed to summarize the efficacy of TCM on survival, quality of life (QoL), and immune function in patients with OC through the meta-analysis.

Relevant clinical trials of TCM for the treatment OC patients will be searched in Cochrane Library, Web of Science, Google Scholar, PubMed, Medline, Embase, China Scientific Journal Database, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, and Wanfang Database from their inception to November 2020. Two researchers will perform data extraction and risk of bias assessment independently. The clinical outcomes, including overall survival (OS), QoL, immune function, tumor markers, and adverse events, were systematically evaluated by using Review Manager 5.3 and Stata 14.0 statistical software.

The results of this study will provide high-quality evidence for the effect of TCM on survival, QoL and immune function in patients with OC.

The conclusions of this meta-analysis will be published in a peer-reviewed journal, and draw an objective conclusion of the efficacy of TCM on survival, QoL, and immune function in patients with OC.
