I want to talk about the purpose of internship firstly. Internship is an opportunity that employers offer to potential workers to work for them for a limited time. People who do an internship are called as interns and they are usually students. Internships are one of the biggest opportunities for the students to gain experience in a particular field and focus on it. Interns learn a lot of things from the workers of a company. Now I am going to talk about what kind of skills we can learn as an intern. Firstly we learn how to work with co-workers. People are always different from each other. So you can learn how to communicate with the other people in a good way. Secondly time management. One of the most important skills that you should have to be a good worker is the ability which you can do a work most appropriate and shortest time. And thanks to internships, you can learn new techniques about how to manage your time. Thirdly is the ability which is about taking advices and apply it. If you want to learn a job successfully, you should get directions from someone who is master on this field and apply these directions. You can learn how to get directions from your boss or line manager, you can do internship. And finally networking. Networking is one of the most required skills in business world. It means being in contact to other people who might help your business. It may be a person who is in other business or might be a person who is around you. You can also learn this skill if you do an internship.
