If not treated in time, there is a crisis of breast cancer.Clinical studies have found that auricular point pressing therapy is widely used in clinical treatment of mammary hyperplasia recently, but the efficacy of massage in the treatment of mammary hyperplasia has not been systematically reviewed. The purpose of this study is to explore the efficacy, safety and effectiveness of auricular point pressing therapy in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands.

We will search PubMed, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, EMBASE, Wan fang Database, Chinese Scientific Journal Database, CNKI, VIP, and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database. The retrieval date was January 10, 2021. RevMan 5.3 software was used to evaluate the quality and risk of included studies. The efficacy, recurrence rate, and symptom score of breast hyperplasia were analyzed, and the results were observed and measured.

This study will be from the clinical efficiency, improvement rate, pain symptoms disappear rate, tumor size improvement rate, and other aspects of the existing evidence for a high quality synthesis, as well as auricular point pressing therapy adverse events.

the conclusion of this review will provide the basis for judging whether auricular point pressing therapy is safe and effective in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands.

And along with the increase of surgery rate, the number of elderly patients with postoperative cognitive dysfunction (POCD) is also increasing. POCD seriously affects the mental state and quality of life of patients and their families. Clinical studies have shown that POCD is closely related to inflammatory reaction, and Ulinastatin can inhibit the inflammatory reaction and reduce the incidence of POCD in elderly patients under general anesthesia. However. the effect of Ulinastatin on POCD in elderly patients under general anesthesia has not been systematically evaluated.

Meta analysis will be used to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Ulinastatin in elderly patients with general anesthesia POCD during perioperative period.

Malignant transformation arising in mature cystic teratoma (MT-MCT) is a rare neoplasm of the ovary. Herein, we aimed to evaluate the clinicopathological features and treatment outcome of the Han Chinese women with MT-MCT.In this retrospective study, the clinical data of patients who had been surgically treated from January 2000 to November 2019 and in whom the diagnosis of MCT was confirmed based on the pathology were included. Fourteen patients with MT-MCT from a total of 569 cases (2.46% incidence) of MCT were reviewed.The mean age of patients with MT-MCT was 51.3 (range, 31-71) years, while the mean age of patients with MCT was 45.3 (range, 17-62) years. Upon gross examination, the mean size of MT-MCT was 14.0 (range, 11-25) cm, whereas the mean size of MCT was 7.5 (range, 4-10) cm. Acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) with myelofibrosis (MF) is rare, and only 14 cases have been reported in the literature to date.

A 42-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital with easy bruising and excessive bleeding. With the remission of the primary disease during treatment, the degree of fibrosis did not decrease, but worsened progressively.

The woman was diagnosed with acute promyelocytic leukemia with secondary myelofibrosis.

All-trans retinoic acid (ATRA) was discontinued after 6 months of complete remission of APL. Arsenic trioxide (ATO) was discontinued because of supraventricular tachycardia 9 months after complete remission of APL.

After withdrawal of ATRA for 2 months, the degree of fibrosis was significantly alleviated, and after withdrawal of ATRA for 8 months and ATO for 5 months, bone marrow biopsy showed no reticular fiber deposition.

In this case report and review of an additional 14 cases of APL with MF, we highlighted the importance of the degree of MF to be evaluated by bone marrow biopsy at the time of bone marrow aspiration when APL is suspected. If MF is present, the type of MF should be determined in a timely manner, and appropriate intervention measures should be taken accordingly.

We systematically searched PubMed, EMBASE (Excerpta Medical Database), Cochrane library, Chinese Cochrane Centre's Controlled Trials Register platform, Wanfang Chinese Digital Periodical and Conference Database, China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database, and VIP Chinese Science, from inception dates to November 1, 2019. Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were included. The risk of bias in the trials was assessed in accordance with the Cochrane Handbook, version 5.1.0. RevMan 5.3 software was used to perform a meta-analysis. Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation methodology was applied to evaluate the evidence quality for each outcome. The quality of evidence for each outcome measurement was low for 4 outcomes and very low for herefore, further large, rigorously-designed studies are necessary to determine conclusively the utility of YPFS in PAR.
Current evidence cannot support the routine use of YPFS for treatment of PAR. This may be due to poor-quality study-design limitations of the included YPFS studies. Our data showed that the use of YPFS for PAR is relatively safe compared to Western medical therapy, but a conclusion could not be drawn because only 5 studies were analyzed. Every study suffered from some methodological limitation. Therefore, further large, rigorously-designed studies are necessary to determine conclusively the utility of YPFS in PAR.
