RageQuit Parkour Update v2.0:
Added official map Lobby. Lobby contains Welcome text, Rules, Gameplay Information, Settings and Options, and Terms and Conditions.
Command Block Overhaul! Due to the Minecraft 1.9 update, the command block JSON formatting has included restricted requirements, so most command blocks commands have been edited. Also, many command blocks have been rewired and reformatted with the appropriate new 1.9 command block states (Impulse, Chain, Repeat)
Finish Line command blocks chain now includes Level Scoreboard update (i.e. Level Scoreboard instantly updates when a player passes a stage)
Added Level Select Feature for players that have completed all available levels. Access this feature by pressing on the button on the ceiling of any checkpoint.
Added sound effects. Checkpoint Pressure Plate Sound, Checkpoint Button Sound, Finish Level Announcement Sound.
Signs Overhaul! Custom coloured text signs replacing many checkpoint signs throughout the map and many added in Lobby/Level Select Rooms.
Spawn/Checkpoint box buttons now additionally changes difficulty to 0 (Peaceful) and sets spawnpoint of all players within a 3 block radius of the centre of the room.
Added hidden Pokeball to each available level. Can you find ‘em all?
Level 1: Added Cobblestone/Mossy Cobblestone wall at the end of the level, extended finish line area by one block, and moved some lava falls by one block.
Level 2: Adjusted various ore blocks and extruded base of spawn platform.
Level 3: Added barrier wall to end of level and adjusted checkpoint.
Level 4: Adjusted terrain and waterfall barrier. Replaced some slabs with stairs on the starting bridge.
Level 5: Added barrier wall to end of level and minor terrain adjustments.
Level 6: Changed a dirt block to mycelium… My OCD ;-; Adjusted terrain (no longer able to avoid parkour) Also reverted Level Name to “Moo! Moo! Mushrooms!”
Level 7: Various terrain adjustments and adjusted checkpoint.
Level 8: Adjusted orientation of the Top Face of Snow Golem Head and minor parkour adjustments.
Level 9: Reduced to one layer of Barrier Blocks on the broken bridge and minor terrain adjustments.
Level 10: Added barrier wall to end of level. Removed floating tripwire strand, and parkour adjustments (included new 1.9 2x2 single iron bar jumps)
Level 11: Added barrier wall to end of level. Replaced ice (substituted glowstone) with Sea Lanterns, and minor terrain adjustments. Also replaced custom head in frozen checkpoints with Map Maker head (my head yay)
Level 12: Renamed Level to “Wild Winding Waterways”. Fixed announce command block. Previously announced: “(Player) Begin Level 11!” accidentally. Now announces: “(Player) Begin Level 12!” Also, replaced black wool on squid statue’s eyes with coal blocks. Also, added lily pads on the water at the bottom of the level. Added new 1.9 2x2 single glass pane jumps.
Level 13: Removed floating dead bush. Lava seafloor is now consistently 2 blocks below lava surface, resulting in various terrain adjustments/fixes, and replaced some early sand block jumps with piston run. Replaced smooth sandstone wall and other sandstone blocks with smooth double slab sandstone (43:9). The cacti in the parkour course now stand on top of sand blocks, as opposed to being directly in the lava, due to a change in 1.9 causing them to break when in direct contact with lava.
Level 14: Added extra parkour platforms throughout the level (especially the right side of the level). Also added barrier walls to the side of the level to prevent surviving fall. Miscellaneous minor terrain adjustments.
Level 15: Adjusted end parkour (elevated by a few blocks) and adjusted terrain to prevent surviving falls. Minor parkour adjustments and also adjusted level wall patterns. Fixed design mistake on a cherry at spawn and the finish line.
Level 16: Extended the four sides of finish line box by 1 block and adjusted parkour, and added missing fin on the bottom side of the back of the Guardian statue. Added new 1.9 2x2 single glass pane/iron bar jumps.
Level 17: Adjusted parkour course. Also removed finish line tower “entrances”. Delayed Nether Fortress Piston Run parkour by 1 tick.
Level 18: Adjusted parkour course. Added new 1.9 2x2 single glass pane jumps
Level 19: Due to popular demand, additional checkpoint has been implemented. This checkpoint is located between the tunnel after the stone spikes and the start of the Mineshaft. To compensate for the loss of difficulty with the addition of the checkpoint, the difficulty of some parkour sections have been raised, and some areas have parkour sections added. Changes have been made to the area after the corresponding checkpoints:
[Checkpoint 1] Aesthetics Changes and adjusted parkour (additional blocks to iron bars and additional ladders to cliff). Added new 1.9 2x2 single iron bar jumps.
[Checkpoint 2] Checkpoint adjusted, replaced beginning iron bars parkour with cobblestone/mossy cobblestone walls, adjusted parkour in Bat Room, removed extra chest in dungeon. Added some parkour directly before following checkpoint (including iron bars parkour) and some minor aesthetics changes.
[Checkpoint 3] Checkpoint added, aesthetics changes, added parkour sections to Mineshaft (including additional roofed jump), covered various wall holes with barrier blocks.
[Checkpoint 4] Replaced Stronghold Piston Parkour with regular jumps, replaced some stone bricks, mossy stone bricks and cracked stone bricks. Added custom heads with books texture in Stronghold Libraries, and activated End Portal, but enclosed it with Barrier Blocks. Miscellaneous minor parkour adjustments and aesthetics changes.
Level 20: “The End?” Created.
Level X: “Thanks For Playing!” Created.
