Story:
Kal Thiru see baat hui this is offer ko leker, and it was supposed to be 22LPA, but the only issue was timing i.e 11 AM to 9 PM
but still, I said the pay is good and I will manage the working hrs.
So finally aaj subah I shared my resume and said Ki haan I will join, You can move ahead with formalities to Thiru
Then he had his discussion with CEO and then they decided on 20LPA as all of other employees are getting 18LPA
Still, I said ki chalo theek h will join
Had multiple rounds of discussion with Thiru and it was almost set that HR would give a formality call and release the offer.
I was like ki milkr good news dete h ki I will be in Banglore
and just around 7:30 she called and said asked a few questions about my previous work exp. and then told that work timing is 10:30AM to 9:30PM and can offer only 18LPA fixed we can think of 2 as Variable and other stuff and finally submitted her feedback ki candidate is unstable.
As of now, the state is she called me around 9:30 and scheduled a call for tomorrow 1:00PM for another round of discussion
