It also scored well for maneuverability, which is an important feature for parents seeking an umbrella stroller that can fit into small spaces. The Delta is a basic model and does not have the features other strollers we tested offer like a big storage basket or a long recline. It's a great choice for families on a limited budget or for those who only require a second stroller for occasional use, like for trips to the zoo.
