This is my final log. Dedicated to you, who is hearing this, Erylle Amber. All I want to say is, thank you. For everything. For all the times you've been with me and stayed by my side. I'm sorry I couldn't make this message longer.
So uh, Heybi here. I don't have an idea on how to express the feelings I have at this moment. Everything including this statement shows how much I am grateful for you. Seriously, thank you. You have given me a reason to keep on going, given me a reason to continue trying during the most depressing times all because of your smile. Your bright smile itself gives envy and jealousy to the sun, then hiding itself behind the clouds knowing it can't shine half as bright, all while the world stops and stares for a while on how beautiful it is. Your interactions with me guide me to meet new people, to socialize, and to stand up for myself. I cannot imagine a place so empty bearing the fact that you are absent in it. I will have trouble finding someone else who can give the effort that you put in to give me support. You give me happiness, for whenever I feel lonely or alone, I can always count on you. You give me inspirations to reach my dreams. You too give every emotionless night that I have dreams, seeking a new adventure involving you and I. You also create unforgettable memories for me to remember when there are things to dwell on, experiences that I may not have another chance to have, and feelings that bring me so high in the sky, to see places I have never seen before. Your laugh is the most contagious thing that I have seen before, spreading the joy I wanted to have all across the depths of earth. You wave at me during stressful times, for me to know that someone is cheering me on.
When I leave, I might not find someone else like you. Only you to call "toasty", happily smile and wave at each other, and countless jokes. Remember when we "broke up" in grade 4 due to constant fighting? When Jaidan used to be a yaya to prevent fights? Do you remember when we used to send school notes to eachother and "accidentally" flirting? When we used to babysit Gary and my heavily annoying sons? When you gave me rib-tickling immunity? When we compared ourselves with the best pick up lines? It all makes me nostalgic, knowing that I can't recreated these with anyone else. I would really want to have those types of memories again with you. Sure, I may have new friends and new memories, but it just won't hit the same without you there. I will wear your hairtye for as long as I can, for then only I will feel a fraction of your presence. Remember, all of this was possible because you have given me another chance in our friendship after "that" fight.
I hope maybe you can find better friends, who may treat you better than I did. I hope you enjoy your life without bearing burdens because of my absence. Wondering, I look up at the skies when again will we meet. I look up, thinking to myself: "That was great. She was amazing." As Christopher Roche said "Don't cry because it ended. Smile because it happened." I may see you again. But not soon. I will miss you, from this day onward. I will see you in my dreams. This goodbye may only be momentary. Once again, thank you.
