- manajemen puncak ( top managemen ) : bertugas merencanakan kegiatan dan strategi perusahaan secara umum. Contoh top managemen : CEO ( chief executive officer ) , CIO ( chief information officer ) , CFO ( chief financial officer ) .
Karakteristik yg wajib dimiliki oleh manager :
1. Mampu berkomunikasi, menciptakan kerja sama dan saling pengertian.
2. Mempunyai kemampuan dlm bidang pekerjaan yg akan ditangani
3. Mampu mengendalikan emosi dg baik
4. Mempunyai daya ingat yg tinggi
5. Mempunyai kemampuan menganalisis dan mengambil keputusan
6. Peka dan tanggap thd perubahan situasi
7. Sehat jasmani dan rohani
8. Memiliki inovasi dan daya kreatifitas tinggi.
