We are third year students of BS Information Systems from the University of Santo Tomas training to become systems analysts. As part of our course curriculum, we are required to take the subject Systems Analysis and Design this semester. The aim is to train us to identify what specifications a particular system might need to meet the requirements of end users or clients.

As per requirement of the subject, we are required to do a study and analysis on a company or institution’s current business rules and processes and assist in improving its operations by developing a better system through data gathered from the company/institution and express these as instructions in a computer program.

In this connection, may we request an appointment with you and/or any administrative officer of your school for us to provide a more detailed explanation of our proposed project to study your system and how to possibly enhance it.
