My Payouts keep failing, and I haven’t gotten any money in months?? Why is this happening, you can’t just keep my money forever! What is going on?

It's completely understandable to feel frustrated when experiencing persistent payout failures. Rest your worries, I'm here to ensure that this will be resolved.
After thoroughly reviewing your Stripe transaction, it seems there might be a potential issue with your issuing bank, which could be the reason why Stripe couldn't successfully transfer your funds.
To help us make sure the account details on file are correct and match what is used when we send a Payout, could you send me a voided check so I can confirm that the information we have on file matches? If you don't have access to a check, any printed documentation that includes your account and routing numbers will help me better understand what happened. You're welcome to black out any other sensitive information on that document if you wish; we just need to see the account and routing numbers.

In addition, we highly suggest our users to use a standard banking account from a financial institution (e.g., checking). While other types of bank accounts (e.g., savings) or virtual bank account providers (e.g., e-wallets or cross-border services) are supported but may see higher payout failure rates than standard bank accounts.
