This chapter gives a detailed look at the important insights from the qualitative data collected during the research study. This research aimed to better understand the experiences and coping mechanisms of Grade 11 HUMSS students with the help of tools such as interviews, observations, and analysis. The main goal of this qualitative research was to understand the experiences and challenges faced by Grade 11 HUMSS students. Additionally, the study looked at how three students coped with their identity, sense of belonging, and social and mental well-being. To achieve these goals, the researchers used a phenomenology design and collected data through interviews and observations. The data collected was carefully examined, evaluated, and presented using coding and collating techniques to ensure a thorough analysis of the information gathered.

The findings of this study are as follows:
1. Participants mentioned that the common sources of anxiety include being pressured by high expectations of others, overthinking, and family problems.
2. Participants said that despite experiencing anxiety, they try to fight it in any way they can and not let it affect them.
3. Some participants suggested coping mechanisms to improve positive thinking as well as reduce stress and anxiety. Furthermore, they recommend seeking help from professionals if anxiety becomes unmanageable. They also shared common tips they use themselves, such as talking to others about their stress to help manage their emotions.
