Furthermore The Court credits Steinberg's testimony that he pursued Vladarean's case for the stolen EUR345,330 by civil procedures in Romania and also by hiring a collection agency. The Court therefore dismisses the Investor Plaintiffs' Counterclaim with prejudice.
