At the start, every player is a part of two existing states, Austria, or Hungary. Others are just nations and minorites living in the Empire. You have to fight for your independence, or gain it in diplomatic way.
Game is 30% stats 70% roleplay. There are no barriers in roleplay. You can move settlers, interact with foreign countries,...
Everyone will start with 500 gold and 300 income.
TOWNS
You can own 1 town per 250 income. (If you have 750 income, you can have 3 towns). Everyone will start with 1 town which is your capital.
Town will give you 200 income and 0,3% population increase. Price of town is 400g.
ECONOMY
You can boost your economy as much as you want. Price will be 150g and it will raise your income by 50g.
MILITARY
Price of Military technology is 200+200 for each level. (1 = 200, 2=400, 3=600...)
Level 1 - Unlocks Grenadier
Level 2 - Unlocks Mortar
Level 3 - Unlocks Cavalry
Level 4 - Unlocks Artillery
Level 5 - Unlocks Transport and Fighter plane
UNITS
Infantry - 25G
Grenadier - 40G
Mortar - 55G
Cavalry - 60G
Artillery - 80G
Transport Plane - 250G
Fighter Plane - 400G
MANPOWER
Manpower is number of population which can be recruited as your army. Its 30% of your total population for each player. Only way to raise it, is raise it by towns. If you have 100 000 available manpower in your country, you can recruit 4 army divisions (1 army divison for 25 000 manpower)
MOBILISATION
You can call for mobilisation. It will lower your income by 50% but your recruit limit will go down from 1 divison per 25 000 to 1 division per 10 000 manpower.
