Perhaps the richest of men to tread this world, Utrush has promptly profited from the downfall of others and made his city state the sole exporter of silk in the world.
Growing up in a silk manufactory as poor labourer, his quick wits and hard-working attitude earned him many promotions - he became the favourite of the childless manufacturer and as the old man died, Utrush inherited it all.
When he war came, the Nightweave manufactory was the least damaged and for a time, Utrush held a monopoly. Now, the silk production is being restored - but under he watchful eye of Utrush, naturally.
