Background:
Fairly young for an Elf, Ethlienne only recently ascended to the throne after her mother's untimelt death. This differentiates her from the other ancient legendary elven lords and ladies who rule the other elven realms
As all members of the royal bloodline, Ethlienne was taught in all things regarding the Forest and the magic in it.
She is expected to speak for the Forest Mother and deliver her wisdom upon the elves so that they would not err in their precarious position.
Ethlienne has protected the woodlands well and even led a counterattack that resulted in the sack of several dwarven settlements, setting the bearded folk back considerably.
Now, however, with the power of darkness growing in the west, Ethlienne is weighing threats and preparing to enclose her people in the wondrous woodland realm behind magical wards...

Background:
The baby that was Ylgisiel was found one day alone in the woods, with no-one in sight or trackable. The child was silent, but not asleep; he seemed so one with the nature.
The elves who found him took him in and named him Ylgisel, sprite. He grew up a peaceful but patiently curious lad, and soon was sent to study at the Wood Elven magi called Wyrd-speakers.
His talents proved great; soon, he was the most trusted advisor of the queen.

Background:
An elven ranger of great renown and skill, Lareth is considered the deadliest and most experienced fighter in the realm; under his guidance, many overwhelming odds have been toppled; it is said that no hunting cat can match his grace in the woods.

Background:
When need calls, the Forest may rise to defend itself. Lead by an exarch of the Forest Mother, usually the oldest tree in the area, the trees uproot and march to war. Tuuuulumbaaar is one such tree-leader, a venerable and ancient oak who protects the woods when called upon.
