A Wonderous Lineage

The Man of God, Reverend Chris Oyakhilome (The Man of God), is the spiritual father of thousands of followers. Christ Embassy is an enormous Christian family who spreads messages of hope, love and inspiration. As all supportive families are, they're close in many ways. There are around 145 Christ Embassy branches on five continents. Many ask, "Who are the members in the family of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome?"

The Most Successful Parents

His father his elder, Elder T.E Oyakhilome (Assemblies of God Church, Benin City) was one of the first pioneers. His firstborn son, pastor Chris was certainly influenced by him. Growing up in a home that is adamant about a Christian message is a true blessing.

We can see the pride that his father felt as his son began to spread the Gospel message of Jesus Christ being our Savior. His father's legacy must have had an enormous influence on the young Chris Oyakhilome. He was nine when he began his first crusade.

The commandment to respect your parents is a promise that Chris Oyakhilome has kept. Pastor Chris has honor his father by leading prayer groups at University and giving sermons before a large audience.

She is referred to as the "quintessential Matriarch", and she is loved for her grace, fairness and admiration. She is a mother, grandmother and mother-in-law, who imparted her divine grace in her son.

Super Siblings

Angelina Oyakhilome, Tim Oyakhilome, had two additional children. Reverend Ken, Pastor Chris's brother is fondly referred to as Reverend Ken. Katty Worghiren who is the sibling of Pastor Chris, is the director at the LoveWorld Music & Arts Ministry. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome Katty Worghiren was a talented member of the choir. Her songwriting talents have led to the most popular LoveWorld songs. She was the person who composed "I Believe in Nigeria"

Katty composes the Believers LoveWorld Anthem's final, poignant paragraph. Katty then adds this message to stress the importance and the love of the Christian family.

"Believer’s LoveWorld, we are one big family."

As many of the members of Christ Embassy know Pastor Chris Oyakhilome is both a family member in his own home and also a global one. It is inspiring to see his family members engrossed in the work and ministry that preaches the Gospel. As 1 Timothy 5: 1-2 recounts:

"Do not treat younger men as if they were your brothers. Treat older women the way you would your mother. Treat women younger than you would your mother in the same manner you show your sister. "

Two Outstanding Daughters

Pastor Chris and Anita had two amazing daughters through their marriage. They might have ended their union with Anita, but they still cherish their lovely daughters Carissa Sharon, Carissa, and Charlene. Pastor Chris Biography Both of them reside in London in the present.

Pastor Chris's daughter Sharon was a rising superstar in the world of gospel music. She is well-known by her initials CSO. Because of her father's teachings and guidance, she wrote the song which won her an award Holy Spirit>_ to show her deep Christian dedication. She is also an inspirational leader of the Global Youth Leaders Forum.

Her most recent wedding ceremony to Phillip Frimpong was one of the most beautiful in the whole of Africa. In a touching Instagram blog post, she documented her affection for Phillip.

"YES! "Yes!" To my best friend, I am getting engaged! The most beautiful and loving friend of mine... I feel fortunate to be able to say "Yes" every time.

The wedding was stunning and important. Pastor Chris Biography Charlene was her sister. She was her primary bridesmaid. It's impossible not to feel overwhelmed by the affection of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome and his family.

He is also the Director of Carel Films Enterprise and a businessman. This allows him to spread the Good News through modern communication media. He is accountable, among others, for the creation and distribution of over 100 Christian music videos.

At the age of 20 at the time, he was already awarded the American Academy of Animations Award three times. He was also nominated to a Future African Leaders Award FALA and the Walt Disney Award. His true genius lies shining through the talent of the others.


In the family of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, the teachings of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ are an integral part of their lives and the accomplishments. We can see that they have a deep connection to God’s work. The family members are aware what the Man of God states:
