This has been graded as a High Risk, I have a viewing of this male on CCTV, he does have what appears to be a genuine firearm, he has threatened the informant to shoot her, male appears in a angry, aggressive mood, appears to the informant to have mental health issues, his behaviours has been irrational, often reaching for the gun. He has not fired rounds at this time. It is a relatively quiet scene with few pedestrians so this will be a hard stop challenge of this male, firearms authority is given by Metro Alpha 319. Suspect is a IC1 male, large muscular build, around F602 in height, short shaved hair, wearing a white T-shirt, brown belt where the weapon is holstered, blue jeans and black trainers.
