Alice, I was over at JD's this morning and thats how I got your name. I was in the red truck that hit mark Blau in the dark ash Wednesday night. I just found out Burl Hagler, got into the DPS system and removed the troopers accident report stating I was not at fault, and repaced it with one he wrote stating everything was my fault. I was not aware of this until i went to get a new car, and my insurance went from $450 each six months, to $425 a month. My lawyer told me to let him handel it, because I was going to get the Texas Rangers in on this, its unbelievable. Burl Hagler is fileig false reports, and tampering with evidence.
