How do you encourage your subordinates to take initiative and make firm decisions? I encourage my subordinates to take initiative by Knowing Each person's Objective and goals. as well as knowing my command. I want them to feel happy under my command but I also want them to make a firm decision that may be the best for them and the people around them and I also think it's important because it leads to happy people if it's a good decision. The importance of decisiveness. Whilst in a commanding position, is one of the most important things it is seen as a leadership trait and its having access to knowing facts and questions that your command or any other person might hold with them. Also, it might increase productivity throughout it. Decisiveness also means You’re a strong and good leader that has goals in my opinion.transparency in leadership is a leader that keeps commitments and plans strong, and, in play, I believe Ur you are not a good leader if u just make up plans for your squad and never do them. scenario where this might be important is if one of, Ur squad members is getting bored you could have them implant ideas for u and you guys could make a stronger bond through the two of you. Also, being a trustworthy and loving leader is always the best feeling, because it means that your squad trusts you and has faith in you.Some potential faults I believe that personally I have are that I get upset easily and I don't know how to take it out on things, so I usually take it out on people and I make want to do that to someone in my squad that might make me upset and I get mad and yell, and they leave I something that I think I can do with it is found something else that I can get mad at. Also, I want to work on my attitude throughout it and I think I can deal with it by just trying not to get one.he chain of command is the Chain of command. It works by having everyone in separate divisions, each playing an important part in our United States Air Force. I would explain this to my subordinates by: AETC is the people that train new recruits, Air combat control controls our sky's for any danger heading our way. Air force special operations help around the base and keeps everyone safe. All of the men/women that make up each and every div is doing amazing.The first one I'm picking is team building. It is necessary for building a strong and loving squad. This one is the most important, because if you don't have a team building, what do you have? They will not like you and they won't trust you Also team building consists of game nights and ETC. The second one I am choosing is problem-solving because leaders should handle problems make rapid judgements and ETC. because it always feels good to know what You’re doing and how to do it and to get it right, I also want problem-solving on my squad, so we won't always be arguing or fighting and instead find a solution. The last one is Integrity. This one is important because I want another FLCO or other FLCH to see my squad doing the right thing when no one is watching another matter what.Humor is the one I'm selecting and "oh how can it be applied you ask" I picked humor because if u want to have fun in Ur division u need to have humor you don't always have to be so serious all the time yelling at people to put their uniform on or to stop saying stuff I believe humor makes everyone grow stronger together and that is something I look for in people is if they have humor because without humor they won't joke around or they will think Ur being serious when Ur just joking around with them.Also, google Spreadsheets is very good for showing where everyone's, usernames, time zones, disciplinal status or flight personal Also they can follow through with people's paygrades and date of entry into the div and LOA Aswell as when they want to discharge it also helps people find information fast in case of a stressful situation or if someone is doing something there not allowed to or supposed to so that's why goggle Spreadsheet is a great option.NJP or Non-Judicial Punishments Consist of Must be a minor Crime Committed, the defendant must be presented with all the evidence they have, the defendant also must be allowed to make a statement about the matter.
