UNIVERSITY Stamford International University Scholarship Agreement at Stamford International University (Rama This agreement is signed on Campus located at 16 Motorway Rd. (Km.2), prawet, Bangkok 10250, represented by the President o STIU, Dr. Andrew David Leslie Scown,hereinafter called the "University", and Name Student ID Mobile No E-mail address Address Hereinafter called the "Scholarship Recipient" under the following conditions: i. Type of Scholarship The Scholarship Recipient hereby agrees to obtain 50% tuition fees in University Scholarship. 2. Duration of the Scholarship The Scholarship duration is for a 1 year contract starting from Term 3/2015 to Term 3/2016. 3. The Agreement Conditions 3.1 The Scholarship Recipient must be a full-time student, well-conducted and aim to building up the STIU's reputation by participating in activities both inside and outside of the University and be a good model to other students 3.2 The Scholarship Recipient must take a minimum of 5 subjects or 20 credits per each semester during the scholarship duration. The Scholarship Recipient is able to enroll extra subjects apart from the regular faculty curriculum but the Scholarship Recipient must be responsible extra fees for adding more subjects. 3.3 The "Scholarship Recipient" must: (1) maintain a cumulative GPA not lower than 2.75 through the 3 semesters (2) not get an F I, U, W or UW grade in any semester throughout the term of the scholarship (3) continue studying throughout the academic year without taking a semester leave, otherwise the scholarship will be terminated immediately. 3.4 The Scholarship Recipient must participate in activities, organized by the Student Life Department or other departments at east 30 hours per semester. In case of having a midterm or final exam, the Scholarship Recipient will be exempt from any duties for 2 week before the examination, Student Life Department will be responsible for communicating the activity availability and record the activity hour for the Scholarship Recipient. 3.5 If the Scholarship Recipient resigns from the university before the graduation, he or she must repay the compensation of tuition fees (from the beginning until the resignation period) within 7 days. 3.6 The Scholarship Recipient must not misbehave, get a serious penalty or break any of the University's disciplinary rules, lf the Scholarship Recipient's behavior deteriorates over time, the Scholarship Recipient will be considered in breach of the contract. Thus, in such a case, the University has the right to terminate the scholarship immediately. 3.7 All scholarships are confidential. The recipient is not allowed to reveal any details of the scholarship to any party not directly involved in the administration of the scholarship.

4. The Scholarship Regulations 4.1 The scholarship Recipient will receive 50% only of their Tuition Fees. 4.2 The scholarship Recipient needs to pay any other expense (e.g. registration fees, education fees, etc.) that is not included in section 4-1. 4,3 Tuition fees cannot be transformed into cash and cannot be transferred to others. 4.4 The longest durations that a student can study in a Bachelor's Degree is 3.5 years, or 10 semesters 4.s if the Scholarship Recipient would like to study or transfer to another University as an exchange student, the Scholarship Recipient needs to pay by themselves. The Scholarship Contract Renewal 5.1 The Scholarship Recipient agrees that the Scholarship will be a 1 academic year contract. 5.2 The scholarship committee is able to terminate the Scholarship Agreement, when it is necessary or the Scholarship Recipient breaks the rules. 5.3 To continue a scholarship, the Scholarship Recipient must maintain their GPA as mentioned in section 3.3 and have to sign a new contract on a yearly basis. 5.4 For the qualified scholarship Recipient, he/ she must sign a new contract by at least 30 days after the end of third semester of each academic year. 6. Scholarship Cancellation The University can cancel the scholarship without any advanced notification if 6.1 The scholarship Recipient fails to maintain the conditions indicated in 3. The Agreement Conditions of this agreement. Having read and agreed on the terms of this agreement, all the parties have signed this agreement. The Stamford International University Scholarship Agreement is completed in two separate copies with identical text. One copy is kept by the University and the other by the Scholarship Recipient
