2:Launch BIBA directly from CRM from Quick Actions by clicking Account Summary/Billing and one of the BIBA tab quick actions or via Reasons:
Reason 1: Billing.
Reason 2: Select any from the drop-down menu:
DIRECTV Interaction is not a BIBA LIC Reason 2.
Once launched to BIBA, the user can move between the various tabs without further launch from CRM.

Heads up: A project to update how system credits are applied in BIBA has been implemented, impacting combined, unified, and RC1 customers, as a result system credits (e.g., BOGO) display in the adjustment section of the Account Summary tab (not visible in historical adjustments) until further notice.
4:1-Allows users to manually add a memo. Select the memo type: valid types are NOTE and PERM.
Notes/memos independent of other transactions, Adjustment, or Bill Reprint, can be added.
2-Search capabilities are available by date range, system, memo type, and user ID.
