Ketika itu Big Osaka dan Tokyo Spirit di undang untuk menjalani pertandingan persahabatan, di negara indonesia. profesor Agasa mengajak conan, hibara dan detektif cilik untuk ikut menonto pertandingan tersebut, kebetulan pula mori di hubungi oleh tuan suzuki kakek sonoko, karena mereka menerima surat dari kaito kid yang akan mencuri permatanya di negara indonesia, secara otomatis run-mori dan sonoko pun ikut. di Glora bung karno pertandingan tersebut di mulai, dan tidak jahu dari sana tempat dimana ada permata yang akan di curi oleh kaito kid, inspekture Megure dan inspektur Nakamori berkerja sama dengan kepolisian indonesia untuk menangkap kaito kid. tapi tiba-tiba kudo / conan mendapatkan panggilan dari nomer private, yang mengatakan bahwa di stadion bung karno terdapat bom, lalu dengan cepatnya conan mencari tau dimana letak bom tersebut. tiba-tiba conan melihat kaito kid yang melintas di atas stadion bung karno.
apakah conan sanggup menghadapai terror bom di stadion bung karno dan menggagalkan rencana kaito kid ?
