--tell me about urself?
hi im irene fajardo, u can just call ,me irene. im 27 yrs old.
i describe myself as adaptable,fast learner and positve and energetic.
even though im a fresher i always take time to read and to watch articles on how to become an effective call center agent. i also experienced online selling,
housekeeping,and and service crew where i have to deal with types of people.
i believe that my customer relation skills can be a great for this position.

-- why should we hire you?
i am confident that i posess the right communication and customer relation skills required. im always on time in everything that i do and i can finish my task even without supervision. and i can say i havea a good and postive attitude that is important in this role can deal even in a difficult situation.

-- what can you contribute in this position?
even though im a fresher. i am motivated so ill do my very best to learn everything about this position i am reliable,punctual and trusthworthy ill make sure to be on time always.

-- is it okay to you to work on holidays morning night shift etc?
yes ofc. im flexible i can be productive all the time.

--why are you fit in this position?
because i love dealing with different types of people as what my previous job is.
i have a positive attitude and mind and i can be profesional when it comes to work.
i know that these traits are also important in this position.

-- how do u see urself 5 years from now?
i can see my self as one of the top rated agent or /gaining promotions in a higher position. /im looking for a long term job where i can be the asset of the company.

--what are your career goals?
first is to pass this interview then get hired here in task us and be a reliable , resilient employee

2nd is to attend trainings, seminars and workshop to learn more and to excel as an employee
last but not the least is to gain promotion someday

it excites me everytime i think that it is a new learning and progress of me.

it motivates me everytime i think of targetting something.
like being a top rated agent or gaining promotions someday
