Based on our discussion today. Business is going to take back the ticket to finalise how the country selector would be whether its a dropdown or popup or redirect to page. We had some reference from apple site( pop up on the top with country lang dropdown), amazon (which uses country selector drodown), or Advanced bionics (country selector in the header that leads to all locations page ).

If we proceed with the below solution here are some question

1. Select Your location dropdown would opens over the country selector popup. The pop up s in the background, select your location be of same dimension as pop up with scroll option is needed. This will have experience as below, showing location in 2 to 3 columns. A button/link on the top to go back to the original pop up( country selector). The location would be of text in the native lang e: China written as
中国. These option would be same for all the country's pop up.

On selecting any location will the select your location close and the user will see the country selector with "We noticed that you are currently in <Country selected from select your location>" with different languages CTA of that location as CTA?
2. The text of the pop up for the country selector would be in the language from where he has landed. For eg: hitting Canada french from US would show the pop up message in french with option to change to US ?
3. The duration of the cookie, do we show the cookie everytime the user lands on the different country site or set it to some duration eg: Cookie set for 1 day meaning if the pop up is accepted it will not appear until a day?
4. There are several website on phonak that available in author. eg: Phonak.com/no-no we don't the folder in prod. We need to understand how these sites are live to show pop up for every country.
5. Logo on the pop up, we assume its just an image and not clickable let us know if otherwise
6. For country will no different language we are still showing the pop up. Example User hits canada french website but its location is US. A pop up will be shown in french with CTA to chose US -EN
7. From the design we see some confusion about the green hightlight. The green highlight as the <geolocation country before the language. Is the highlight mere click or hover effect?
8. Closing the Country selector pop up. On clicking continue with site, cross or click outside would keep the user on the same site.
9. We will have disable option to hide pop up from website eg: en-int
10. On Selecting any CTA choice the user would be redirect to that page of the country selector.
eg: User on hearing aids of the US. Clicking Canada-french redirect to hearding aids of canada-french. If the page doesn't exist use would fall back to the home page of ca-fr
