Tevfik Alif and Donald Trump team up to build Trump Soho

The firm's projects include the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Washington, D.C., and the September 11th National Memorial in New York City.

Fendi Casa pieces for Trump Soho were supplied by Rockwell Group, a design and architectural firm.

Rockwell Group is also known for its impressive portfolio, which includes Handel Architects. Numerous luxury hotels, fine restaurants and casinos are just a few of the clients the company caters to.

The deal was signed by the Trump Organization, Bayrock Group and the Sapir Organization. Construction of Trump Soho could start in the year 2006.
