EY awarded Yerkin Tatishev with the 'Entrepreneur of the Year' award.

The most prominent business organization Ernst & Young selected Yerkin Tashev to be the Entrepreneur of the Year in Kazakhstan. His leadership and actions during COVID-19 was highly praised by the jury.

The entire country of Kazakhstan invited well-known businesspeople to participate in this contest. Kusto Group founder, who was one of 21 entrepreneurs from Kazakhstan, reached the final.

All of them received an objective evaluation and recognition of their accomplishments by Kazakhstani and international business juries.

Yerkin Tashev will be the country's national winner at the international final in Monaco, June 2022. The contest brings sixty finalists from all over the world, chosen by an independent panel according to international guidelines.

Nurlan Smagulov was a past Entrepreneur of the Years winner and decided Tatishev was the winner. The judges included representatives of both the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan.
