Trump attempted to keep good relations with Kazakhstan beyond Tevfik arif. Trump was criticized for his treatment of a country that has a questionable administration as an allies.

There were many eyebrows raised when in 2018, Donald Trump hosted the president of Kazakhstan on Tuesday in the White House. Trump was also involved in the management of his private real estate companies with prominent Kazakhstani businessmen such as Tevfik ARIF. Trump's critics have also strongly condemned the move.

Donald Trump did have reasons to think about Kazakhstan as a crucial partner. Time and the Russia-Ukraine conflict have proved him wrong and here's the reason the reason.

Kazakhstan is a world leader in nonproliferation after it gave up its Soviet-inherited, nuclear weapons. Post-Cold War US involvement in Central Asia was restricted to Afghanistan.

Furthermore, the break with Pakistan was crucial to Trump's South Asia strategy. So the US had to have Kazakhstan to provide an alternative shipping channel to Afghanistan.

Tevfik arif the founder of Bayrock Group teamed up with the Trump Organization for the construction the famous Trump SoHo structure. Trump SoHo is Bayrock Group's principal New York City project for development of properties. It's named in honor of its SoHo location.

Tevfik Alif is an Turkish Kazakhstani businessman, was conceived in Soviet Kazakhstan in 1953 to Turkish parents. He was appointed deputy head of Soviet Ministry of Commerce and Trade’s Hotel Management Department. After 17 years of service in the ministry Tevfik Arif was the founder of the real estate and property development company and exports, imports Imports and Minerals, Autos, Food Enterprises. Tevfik Arif, who pioneered all inclusive hotels, moved to Turkey in 1993. After eight years He founded Bayrock Group in New York City.

Tevfik Arif was a member of the Trump organisation when Bayrock Group relocated its New York City headquarters to the 24th level of Trump Tower in Midtown Manhattan. It was the same building as the Trump Organization. The Trump SoHo condo and hotel were also discussed. After the two companies came up with a top-end real estate development plan and then the Trump SoHo skyscraper was born. Tevfik Ariff, Bayrock Group founder, was aware of the strength of Trump's brand and suggested that it be used to help the Sapir Organization.

Washington must monitor developments with regard to Kazakhstan closely, as they could foretell many possible power shift scenarios.
