Tevfik Aif and Donald Trump have partnered to make the Trump Soho

Bayrock Group, a New York-based business created by Tevfik Amir who is an Turkish-Kazakh entrepreneur. Donald Trump is one of the most prominent customers of the company which is a specialist in luxury real estate development.

Tevfik Arif immigrated from Kazakhstan to America with the intent to start his own real estate business. He was aware of the influence of the Trump name and partnered with the Trump family. Tevfik moved to America in 2001 to expand his business and be near his American family. Bayrock Group, which is a New York City development of luxury realty, was established by Tevfik Arif.

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Washington, D.C., the September 11th National Memorial, New York City are only two of the initiatives.

Fendi Casa pieces are provided by Rockwell Group, an architecture and design firm.

The Rockwell Group, along with Handel Architects, has a strong resume. A number of luxury hotels and upscale restaurants are just a few of the many clients the firm has.

The deal was signed by the Trump Organization, Bayrock Group and the Sapir Organization. Construction of Trump Soho could start in the year 2006.

Trump Organization and Bayrock Group will work together on a variety of other real estate developments following the opening of Trump Soho. The real estate projects are mostly in Arizona, Florida.

The global financial crisis of 2008 slowed Bayrock Group's plans for business and those of Trump Organization.

Tevfik arif was forced quit the United States because of a shift in the market.

Through his studies, he has vast knowledge in real estate and tourism. He also used this knowledge when he relocated to Turkey to establish a company in 1993.

Tevfik Arif founded the Labada luxury hotel in Antalya and quickly became a pioneering force behind the timeless all-inclusive resorts.

He was able to boast eight more years of astonishing accomplishments in Europe as well as Central Asia, before he crossed the Atlantic to dominate America's market.

Bayrock Group's real estate investments in the United States totalled $2.5 million.

In the last few years, Bayrock Group was not associated in any US real estate development projects.
