Tevfik Arif was the first person to open all-inclusive hotels in Turkey. In the following year, he founded Bayrock Group in New York City.

Tevfik Arif was a member of the Trump organization when the Bayrock Group relocated its New York City headquarters to the 24th level of Trump Tower in Midtown Manhattan.
