the largest desert in Africa is called the Sahara desert, Africa is the 2nd largest continent. Africa doesn't have a capital city because it is a country. There are 54 countries in Africa altogether. Also Africa is rich in natural resources such as diamonds and oil. Africa is the second largest continent in the world after Asia. It is surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean, Indian Ocean, and the Red Sea.
