Dear Enclave at Milton Park Board,
We are writing to you with a sense of urgency regarding the need for a speedy decision as to whether we are allowed to rent our apartment. As the board is aware, Troy and Alison had been prior tenants at 2705 Wander Lane. They were great neighbors and even better friends. We are deeply concerned about the possibility of losing them as tenants if a decision is not made promptly.
We have requested ‘to be next on the list’ numerous times, most recently in TownSquare, where our ticket remains open and unanswered.
As responsible homeowners, we understand and respect the rules and regulations set forth by the HOA. However, given the circumstances and the urgent need for resolution, We kindly request that the board expedite the review process of our rental request.
Losing Troy and Alison as tenants would not only be a personal loss and a financial loss, but more importantly a loss but to the cohesion and vibrancy of our community. We assure you that we have taken every precaution to ensure that any prospective tenants will adhere to the community guidelines and contribute positively to our neighborhood.
We appreciate your attention to this matter and respectfully urge the board to prioritize and expedite the decision-making process. If there are any additional documents or information required from our end, please do not hesitate to contact us.
