Tell me about yourself:
I've been in the customer service game for almost 2 years. My first job is a Service Crew member at McDonald's. I was assign in the drive thru section. During my time there, I learned the importance of delivering fast and friendly service to every customer. I honed my communication skills, multitasking abilities, and problem-solving capabilities, all of which are crucial for effective customer service.

After that, I ventured into the BPO world, i dedicate 11 months as a Customer Service Representative, specifically handling financial account. This experience has given me valuable insights into addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer journey. I understand the importance of patience, empathy, and attention to detail when assisting customers, especially in sensitive financial matters. I am committed to delivering the same level of dedication and professionalism that I've demonstrated in my previous roles. And thats it, Im really excited into bringing my enthusiasm and experience here in TDCX

Why did you resigned in your previous company?
I truly appreciated my time at my previous job, but I decided to move on because I felt it was time to pursue new challenges that align better with my long-term career goals. One of the factors that influenced my decision was the lower salary compensation at my previous company. I believe in embracing opportunities that not only offer better financial rewards but also resonate with my personal values. I find opportunity here in TDCX particularly appealing because it aligns strongly with my values and provides room for growth and development.

“”I value integrity, collaboration, and innovation. Integrity is crucial to me because I believe in doing what is right even when no one is watching. Collaboration is essential because I thrive in environments where teamwork is valued and ideas are shared openly. Lastly, innovation is something I’m passionate about because I believe in continuously seeking new ways to improve processes and drive positive change. I see these values reflected in the company’s culture and mission, which is why I’m particularly drawn to this opportunity.””

If you can add one color to the rainbow spectrum, what would it be and why?
I would choose black. It signifies a blend of all colors, promoting unity and inclusivity—qualities I value in a team. It also adds a touch of sophistication to the spectrum.

Quotations You Believe
I live by the saying that ‘Time is gold.' It’s simple as it is. I really value utilizing time wisely. I believe in efficient time management to achieve success in my professional goals.

Tell me about the mistakes you've done in the past and how did you solve it
In the past, I encountered a challenge with me being an over-spender. Whenever I have a money, I spent it like there is no tomorrow. I always buy stuff that I don’t really need but when I started working I get to know the effort required to earn money. And that experience taught me the importance of financial responsibility and how to manage money wisely.

Salary expectation:
After reviewing industry benchmarks and the details in your ads and messages, I find that a salary around
34,000 seems in line with my expectations for this role. I'm eager to be part of your team and I am very open to discussing the overall compensation package in a way that ensures a mutually beneficial arrangement.

My primary mode of transportation is by motorcycle. My boyfriend usually drives me to work, which is super convenient. But if he's ever unavailable I also have the option to use apps like angkas or ride a jeevpney to get there.

To be honest, I was really hoping for a work-from-home setup to balance my life better, but I'm totally open to on-site opportunities, especially with TDCX. I'm genuinely excited about the company's values, and I see a long-term future here. After checking out a bunch of BPO companies, TDCX stood out as one of the best. I am eager to contribute to and grow within an organization that prioritizes employee well-being through competitive compensation and enticing benefits.

Yes, I’m definitely open to discussing the salary further. While my initial range is 24,000 to 30,000, I am flexible and willing to consider other factors such as benefits, professional development opportunities, and overall fit within the organization.

My biggest decision so far was probably transitioning from one career path to another. It required a lot of reflection, research, and courage to pursue something different. However, it ultimately led me to new opportunities for growth and fulfillment.

I have a strong work ethic and I'm willing to put in extra effort when necessary to ensure tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.

I made the decision to leave college after completing my second year because I wanted to take on more responsibility and start supporting myself financially. Additionally, my grandmother, who has been taking care of me since I was a child, is aging, and I wanted to take on the responsibility of providing for her. While I value education, I also recognize the importance of gaining real-world experience and ensuring the well-being of my family. I’ve learned a lot from my work experiences and I’m eager to continue learning and growing professionally.

While I’m currently focused on my career and gaining practical experience, I do value education and believe it’s important for personal and professional growth. I’m open to the possibility of returning to school in the future to further my education and expand my skill set. However, at this moment, my priority is to excel in my role, provide for my family, and manage my financial responsibilities.

Yes, in my previous role, I successfully balanced studying and working thanks to effective time management skills, as well as the support of my managers and leaders who were very supportive to students. However, at this point in my career, I’ve made the decision to prioritize my work commitments. I believe focusing on my professional development and contributing fully to my role will allow me to achieve my career goals more effectively
