From Monday the 6th of May I will NOT consume any fatty foods (outside junk food, toast, popcorn chicken and chicken bites).
From Monday the 6th of May I will start going to the gym every day that I can (days off from work and days where my shift starts at 12:00pm and beyond).
Doing all these things will not only help me lose weight, but they will also help me not die of a heart attack, allowing me to be physically fit and internally healthy.
Monday the 6th of May To do list:
1.Wake up at 9:30am
2. Get ready for the gym (numbers, oral hygiene, changing clothes)
3. Go to the gym (treadmill 30 minutes and recumbent bike 30 minutes)
4. 8 sets of 15 hand grippers
5. Dumbbell workouts
6. Breakfast is sultana bran
7. Dinner is a chicken breast with a packet of steam fresh vegetables and a marinade
8. get ready for bed from 9:00pm to 10:00pm
9. sleep at 12:00am
